Chapter 25: Sports Festival Finale prt.2

ELEKTRA'S POV

I shouldn't have said that. I thought as I walked across the grass and onto the platform. Katsuki told me he loved me and he cared and I'm over here worrying and being bitchy because he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend yet. But apart of me wants to be asked, not just assumed. It's about... the effort. We both looked up at each other and got into battle positions. Midnight yelled for us to begin and we moved. I he had a powerful quirk that worked well long distance and while he's strong in combat training, I am far superior. I zoom to get near him but he's already launching himself away from me.

"USE YOUR QUIRK DAMNIT!" He yelled at me and growled. No. I... I couldn't. It was even a risk for me to be in my beast form right now. I've been in it going on two hours now and I slowly felt myself slipping, the pull of the beast calling, lulling my human side to sleep and allowing her to take over. And as me and Katsuki continued to fight, the more I went to sleep and the beast came out until I was a snarling, drooling, and wild mess.

This boy in front of me looked so familiar but I couldn't remember his name. All I knew was that he had put on his knees and bow his head to me. I am the Alpha, I am Terra Firma, I am the Master and the leader of any pack. I do not yield.

KATSUKI POV:

I knew something was wrong when she didn't use her quirk and she started twitching her head. She's been in her beast form for... two hours. And if I remember correctly what that damn Icy Hot said when she's in it too long she forgets who everyone is and gives herself over completely to that beast. And I look in beautiful and a bit terrified fascination as she turns almost feral. She's snarling and drooling and her big green eyes are wide with animal like vision. Her scent hit me again, reminding me that she's an Alpha and an omega. I was an alpha and she was mine to love and hold and check. She was mine to put in her in her place. But I wanted my Elektra back, not this creature in front of me. This was apart of her, but this was not her, and I had to get her back. So I moved.

ELEKTRA POV:

He moved fast, shooting himself to me. I swung my arm in a punch that he caught and got in my face and looked into my eyes before kissed me. Right in front of everyone. His lips were so soft yet so demanding, and I kissed him back with the same heat and fire.

"Come back to me Elektra." He whispered softly against my lips and something in me snapped.

"Thisss... isss.. meee." I snarled and hit him with a ball of fire. He moved out the way but not quick enough and the flames caught him. He launched himself in the air and formed a cloud of black smoke.

The smell of blood hit my senses and I snapped back into myself, pulling the beast back and stepping forward. But in that moment of lost focus Katsuki shot down from the sky and landed on top of me, pinning me to the ground. He leaned close and snarled at me.

"SNAP OUT OF IT YOU DUMBASS!"

The smell of blood hit stronger and I looked and saw that he got burned bad, and blood was leaking from his left side.

"Katsuki I-I..." I looked at him with tears in my eyes and turned toward Midnight.

"I forfeit." I yelled at her and Katsuki yelled No, but the world was already fading into black.

I woke up about three minutes later and aunt K hugged me. 

"How you feeling sweetie." She asked as she rubbed my back, mindful of the wings.

"Like a complete and utter animal. I'm just like she said." I whispered, and a tear slipped. 

"No your not baby. It happens to the best of us." She said trying to comfort me but  wasn't having it.
