The hidden house

Prologue

It was built in late 17th century, when many people feared witches or wizards. The house was brand new, it was in the middle of the country side. Far far away from everyone else that lived in London, the town was over crowded with factory workers, and the country side was over run with witches and wizards, but nobody really knew that. The majority of the people that got accused were innocent, only very few were actually witches, but the witches and wizards meant no harm. People just feared them for being different and having more power than them.

There was this one witch, she was the head witch. She was wise, even though she had children and married a non-wizard, she's the most powerful of them all. She has black, lustrous and thick spiralled hair which is but untidy but beautiful. She built her house not only with magic but by hand too, she named it the hidden house. This name was because it only stayed in a place for more than two days so nobody could ever find her and then come back to her to try hurt her and her family. They were very secretive and careful.

The house was like a massive 2 story cottage house. There was one big chimneys
which 4 chimney pots that came out of it, as there were 4 fire places. One in the living room/dining room, one in the parents room, and the other 2 were in the children's rooms. The outside was white and black. There was ivy climbing up the walls of the house, there were rose bushes on either side of the path way leading up to the front door. The roof was a half-timber and thatched roof this means it was make up of extremely long wheat straw used for this exact purpose, but also timber to keep leaks from coming in and ruining everything. And the walls were made from thick timber and a big of brick was used in some places, but it still managed to keep its shape even when moving with magic. The door was wooden, painted black,

Well, centuries and centuries came and went, we are now in the 21st century, this is where our story begins. Obviously, witches and wizards don't exist anymore, or is that just what we've been brought up to believe.
