Using your tail, you should be able to stab away at the cloth on your claws and free them.
After a few unsuccessful stabs, you finally manage to get a good slice through the tough material. You rip it up a few more times, and then you feel the stress around your talon loosen up slightly. You get excited at the sudden shift and stab again, but feel a stabbing pain in your talon. You manage not to scream out by biting your lip. You carefully pull your tail back and finished cutting off the cloth, freeing your talon. You see the damage you caused, a trail of blood dripping down your talon from a large cut on the back of it. You quickly free your other talons without the need of your tail. Using the cloth from the bonds, you wrap up your wounded talon and look around. Your talons are still stuck to the floor by giant metal spikes, but with the cloth gone, you manage to easily wrench them out. After being freed of your talons, you have a few more options. However, you're wary of leaving now, since your talons still have chains on them, and that could make a lot of noise.
