Everything was shining red and gold, streamers hanging, red fairy lights, a table full of drinks and food, stolen from the kitchens. Everyone in their own comfort circles, dancing, talking, enjoying their time before another summer comes. For Teddy it's different. He no longer will be returning to Hogwarts. His home for the past seven years soon will simply be a memory.

He has many ambitions and dreams for after graduations but will miss all the parties, and the late-night family bonds in the Gryffindor common room. He will genuinely miss his classes and professors, although not so much miss the workload.

They were all in their usual corner. He had spent most of the party with his friends, and other seventh years who were also graduating. They talked about their plans after Hogwarts, but no one seemed very serious, that might be the booze's doing. They were sitting near the window taking a hit, and then passing the Juul.

"Les play truth or dare!" Dominique slurred as she continued drinking Witches Brew. He made his way over to the Weasleys, they were all sitting near the sofas with drinks in their hands. Besides James, Louis, and Lily no other younger kids were there. They usually feel too intimidated to be parting with the older kids. They were sitting in the corner, playing their own game, drinking virgin punch, when Dominique proposed truth or dare.

"Yes!"

"I'm down."

"Same."

"Fine."

They all came closer and sat in a circle on the floor. Victoire was leaning against Teddy, hardly able to sit up. Truth or dare with the Weasleys were always interesting. In the end, someone would end up lost, and they would be on a journey not only to figure out who was missing but actually find them. All while being completely pissed.

"Youngess firss, Lily." Dominique stammered. "Dare or Truth?"

Lily giggled at blasted Dominique and answered, "Truth."

She grinned, "Who's your favorite cousin?"

Everyone started oohing at the good question, while Lily smirked, "Um, can I say, Teddy, even if he isn't my actual cousin?"

Teddy felt a proud big brother moment just for a second. He and Lily have always been close, and she even told him multiple times that she looks up to him. Technically, not her brother, but it's obvious she can't look up to the obnoxious delinquent, James.

"Damn Teddy, she liked you more than any of us," Freddy remarked.

Then it was Lily's turn to ask Freddy. "Truth or Dare?"

"Dare!"

"I dare you to go ask someone out! Anybody of your choice!"

"Oh shit, we all know who Freddy's is thinking about!" Dominique teases. They all laugh, as he covers his face in his hands of embarrassment.

"Ughh, okay well I have to do it. Fine," he said, ensuring herself, getting up, and started looking around for someone to ask. He looks back at them, "Who should I ask?"

They all started laughing, "Oh go on, we all know who you want to ask, go on. Ask her," Victoire grins. She makes her way to the group of girls sitting on the other side of the common room, all drinking.

They all exchange looks and stare at Freddy and then back to Roxanne. "He's going for it." He was talking to the fifth-year girl, with long, silky, brown hair. They all try to listen in, but under everyone else's conversations, and the loud music, it's impossible. They wait five minutes, and she'll start laughing when he whispers something in her ear. "Is he gonna ask or just flirt?" She then tries to pull him up from the sofa they were sitting at. She took his hands and he spun her around before they both tumbled down, laughing. He finally looks at them and frowns. "Guys stop staring." They realized eight pairs of eyes were staring straight at him.
