Here the situation, been to every nation, nobody's ever made me feel the way that you do
"Urh.. SHUT UP already, ohh wait it's my alarm clock" I always do this. I go to sleep late at night and then the next day I'm tired as hell. This makes me shout at my alarm clock which really needs a newer song but to be honest it's not my fault. I mean there's me having the best dream of my life and Enrique comes and squashes it, I can't stay mad at him though, he is my future husband.
"HONEY, HURRY UP OR YOU WILL BE LATE FOR SCHOOL" Mum shouted from the bottom of the stairs. She is the sweetest mum in the world. Her love is enough to stretch out to someone in every corner of the world. Not on Monday mornings though, that was a different story.
With much strain I finally got up and walked over to my bathroom. Stripping off all my clothes and jumping in the shower. As the hot water hits my back I can feel my body relax and energise for the hell i'm about to go into in about 30 minutes. School.
Grabbing my warm towel from the radiator made me jump back in bed. This is so comforting why should I go to a place that makes me feel uncomfortable. The speech ran through my head a few times nevertheless I knew it wouldn't work on my mother. So I began putting my boring uniform on, black trousers, white dress shirt with a black, gold and red stripy tie. Not to forget the oversized Bläser just so everyone was really sure that I had a boyish body. Finishing up with a messy bun and some light makeup. I was ready, yay.
Making my way downstairs with my bag and iPod, I was greeted it sweetly by mum with an apologetic look on her face. "Good morning love, sorry I shouted at you, it's just so stressful." She looked so tired of it all, with dark bags under her eyes as if she was up all night. "It's fine mum, I understand, you are so strong for both of us and I love you for that." I encouraged her. My dad left us 2 years ago when I was 14 now that I'm 16 I am understanding the effects this had on mum more severely making my blood boil with anger at the thought of him.
I soon reached school and started looking for my best friend Shannon. She is the best person ever alongside my mum. Not to mention she was absolutely stunning with her long wavy brown hair that fell at her side naturally, her big blue eyes that always had a twinkle of joy in them and what the boys noticed most, her curvy figure in all the right places. I on the other hand have boring middle lenght brown hair and just average brown eyes. I always battled with my weight although many would say I had nothing to worry about and I was over reacting, I always thought I was a bit bigger than I hoped.
"Brooke over here" I heard someone shout. Looking around to pin point the noise I saw Shannon leaning against a radiator. Making my way towards her I was stopped in my tracks when I saw my crush Corey. He was the ultimate hot bad boy of the school and everyone liked him. His crystal clear blue eyes and muscular body was enough to make any girl drop at his feet. The problem was his friends, when without them he was a genuine
sweet guy but when they were around his persona shifted drastically to a cocky jerk."Oh my Shannon. You are standing next to a God." I whispered only loud enough for Shannon to hear. She giggled like she always did, she knew my obsession with him and found it funny as hell. I don't know why but every time I looked at him something would sting inside me.
"What are you chicks laughing at?" Someone chuckles from behind me. I turned around to be inches away from Corey's face grinning at my reaction. My mouth opens but no words come to mind.
"Actually, we were just talking about you" Shannon announced and I instantly feel like I've been winded, with a deep need to gain extra oxygen. "Really now? What about me?" His amusement much to my dismay is adorable but I still feel sick at what is potentially about to happen. I give Shannon one last pleading look hoping she isn't going to say something to embarrass me.
