Chapter 1 : The Cemetary

Your pov,

"Hey y/n, I believe it's your mother's death anniversary today right ?" says Fred the manager of this Dark Café that i'm working at.

"Yes Fred, I'll visit her later after this work" I said while wiping the tea cups.

"You can leave early tho, I know its important, its almost 6pm and its very dangerous for ladies to walk outside in the dark" - Fred

"Nah its fine, I'm used to it besides I've already learned a few karate skills haha" I said laughing awkwardly.

"Fred is right y/n! and there's this rumors that vampires are lurking around in the dark alleys awooo!" Jen pops out making scary faces walking towards me, still silly as ever.

"yeah right, where did you heard that Jen? You always believe in such a nonsense fiction rumors" I smirked, then threw a face towel at her.

"Believe me! I've seen one!" she said with her face lit up.

"Where?" Both me and Fred ask wanting to hear her answer.

"I uh on videos?" she said scratching her head.

"Psh Silly as ever" I mentally slap my face and Fred sighs while massaging his forehead like faking a headache.

"but still you be careful huh y/n" she pouts.

"Yea yeah I will " I pat her head then turn to finish arranging the cups and plates.

"Oh its already 5:30pm we're closing now guys" Fred calls.

Both me and Jen helped Fred to close down his bakery then I went to my locker to get my things and be ready to leave. Fred called me, i turn to him seeing a white small box on his hands then gave it to me.

"Here a redvelvet cake, your mother's favorite and it's free" Fred smiles and i gladly took the cake.

"Thank you Fred, you always knew what my mother's favorite cake is" - i heartily smiled at him.

"Of course, she always eat here with you right? That's why I remember it" - Fred

"You always remind me of my mom now I'm missing her" - you

"You can go now its already late, oh and tell your mother to ask God to give a blessing for my bakery hehe" Fred jokes.

"Of course I will pray for all of us and ask for guidance" I smiled at fred and wave goodbye to them both.

I entered through the gates of Roseville cemetary. I walk towards the big tree where my mother's tomb was. Luckily, there's a lot of post lights here so that the cemetary wouldn't be pitch dark.

I kneel in front of my mom's tomb and put some flowers beside her, then I sat and open the white box to eat the cake. I then imagined my mom eating the cake with me. I smiled to myself.

"I miss you mom, how are you? I'm always fine. Don't worry about me, I can handle myself. Do you like the cake? Yeah Fred gave it as a gift" I hope nobody's seeing me talking to myself cuz I probably look stupid right now.

"ugh, why so noisy?"

I heard and was startled by someone's hoarse voice, it may look like it came from the back of the tree. Then came a man standing, wearing a school uniform. He tilt his head towards me and stares.

His stares gives me creeps as we lock our eyes each other. Then i felt the sudden wind pass through me and there he was now standing beside me.

"I- I'm very sorry I d-disturb you" I stood up panicking and didn't dare look into his eyes again.

He chuckles.

"mmh~ smells good, but that's alright darling, thanks for being noisy now I have another doll to play with" he smirks. His red silky hair shines under the moonlight. I look into his green eyes and they suddenly shift into crimson red.

"W-who are y-you? What are you?" I said eyeing him with fear as my body trembles.

"Your vampire darling, now first I'll gonna mark you as mine~" he pulls me into his chest, snaking his arms on my waist. Holding my chin up to look at him. I don't even know why my body won't resist to his seductive touch as if I'm under his control.

He suddenly kisses me passionately on the lips, to the chin and lastly on my neck. I started to moan through his kisses as he puts red marks on my neck.

He pulls away to look at me deeply blushing.

"mhhm~ that's better, I'm not gonna eat you right now but soon. Gotta go now babe, I have class to attend. See you around" he winks and kisses me one more time then vanish through thin air.

I immediately sat cuz my legs couldn't take it anymore. The spell broke and I suddenly went to reality still trembling. I fix my things and bid goodbye to my mother then I ran to my home.
