nobodies POV

everybody was quiet at first, looking around waiting for other members of the group to respond

nobody quite knew what to say, as they were already gobsmacked with the knews of adrien and marinette being together first

marinette looked around sheepishly at everybody, desperately wanting to say it was a joke, and that they could all laugh and forget she even mentioned being pregnant

she pushed a strand of hair behind her ear, looking at her hand that was clasped with adriens

until alix piped up, giving some words of encouragement to the pair

"thats totally awesome marinette!" she said excitedly raising her hand

marinette blushed a little bit, these words meant a lot to her considering how nervous she was

"we're so happy for you" mylene added, trying to make them feel more at ease

"i cant wait to race it, see who's fastest" kim said, once again flexing his muscles

"sit down" alix said, flicking him on the ankle

"ow" he quietly said, making alix giggle

everybody smiled at marinette and adrien, some of the boys going over to adrien to fist bump
him

and some of the girls going over to marinette to congratulate her

an hour or so of congratulating, questions such as "can i be an auntie?", "will there be a wedding", "oooo please let me be a bridesmaid!!", "what's the name", "is it a boy or girl", went by, and marinette and adrien tried to answer as many as they could

"well we have a scan this afternoon, so we should be able to let you know the gender or so" marinette happily replied, starting to enjoy how her friends were reacting to her knews

a squeal from the girls came out, all clearly excited to know more

"me and juleka really want a baby!" rose chimed, imagining their little tot

"we'll all be happy to babysit whenever we can mari" mylene assured

marinette smiled at how sweet all of her friends were being

"have you told your parents yet?" alix asked

"well i mean i'd like to have my scan today and then be able to tell my parents after that" marinette replied, still a bit overwhelmed at all the attention she was getting, even though it was enjoyable

"so will you find out the gender at the next scan girl?" alya asked

"well maybe" marinette answered

the girls looked at her confused, not really understanding what she meant

"you see i'm getting told how many weeks i am today, because i'm not too sure myself, a lots happend recently" she said, thinking back to the whole lila situation, how she ended up in hospital when she first found out she was pregnant, and then adriens kiss with kagami

the girls smiled, and embraced her in another group hug

*behind a tree in the park*

"how's everything going"

"good, i've found out all the information i need

"good, at least you're not completely useless"

"what's that supposed to mean, may i remind you i'm academically smarter than you are" 

"oh nothing, anyways, what's going on, tell me everything"

"well she's having a scan today at around 3pm"

"tart that girl is, such a whore, lousy excuse for a woman if you ask me"

"i know right, she's practically drooling over adrien, grosses me out how he fell for a slag like her"

"must've had her legs wide open!"

"haha right"

"anyways, what else did you find out, remember what we need to know"

"she thinks she's around 5 weeks pregnant, but she's not sure"

"how will that help us you fucking idiot"

"well at least we know she's not too attached to that baby already, makes our plan even better"

"whatever, just remember our deal"

"don't worry, i'd never forget it for the world lila"
