Chapter 6

Jack J's POV

Oh god, what am I doing? I think I might be falling for Mellisa, oh hell, I already fell and I fell hard. She is Pretty, she is Smart and she is just plain awesome! I can't help what i am feeling. I have been feeling it for a while now. Before, I just tried to push the feelings down, down where I wouldn't feel them, but that didn't help. The more I tried the harder they fought to be felt, and now they are rising to uncontrollable levels.

I need to let myself love her but I'm pretty sure Jack would kill me. He is way too over protective of her. I get that she is his baby sister, but she is only a year younger than him. She deserves to love and be loved in return. I want to be the guy to love her. I could ask Jack but i am 100% he would punch me in the mouth for even thinking about it...

We walked back to the hotel laughing about the awesome day we had. As we walked out of the elevator Jack sat outside our room door waiting on us.

"where have you guys been? i have been waiting here for over an hour now." he said looking at his watch.

"sorry man, we went to the beach" I said looking at him.

"It's fine you just need to get ready quick" he said rather stressed. Mell and I both looked to each other then back to Jack.

"Can I talk to you Jack?" I asked then looked to Mellisa and added " Alone"

"oh, yeah, sorry" she said and quickly walked into the room.

"okay, so what's up man?" I asked turning to Jack. He looked to the ground then up to me.

"Me and Ashley had an argument" he said quietly.

"oh, right, I'm sorry man, I'm sure you guys will be fine. Just talk to her" i said placing my hand on his shoulder.

"you don't get it, man. It was a big fight. we both said things we shouldn't have" He said pushing my arm off his shoulder.

"awhh, come on, Jack. You just gotta Talk to her I'm sure she has calmed down by now. Go talk to her i need to get changed." i said

"you know what, Jack you're right. I'll go talk to her. Catcha later" he said then started walking back to his room.

I sighed and walked back into the room to see Mell laying on her bed listening to music, with her eyes shut.

I walked over to her and sat on the bed next to her. She flew up and pulled her headphones off.

"Jesus, Jack. You gave me a heart attack" she clutching her chest. I could hear mine and Jack's song "flights" playing from her headphones.

"I'm sorry" I laughed " I love your taste in music though" i said motioning to her headphones.

" Don't judge me, I reallly like your guys' music, okay" she laughed

"I'm not, I love that song too" i said " now come on let's get ready, we have to be down stairs soon"

"okay, okay I'm going, I'm going" she stood up, grabbed a dress from her suitcase and walked into the bathroom to get changed.

While she done that I grabbed a clean shirt and shorts to change into.
