"This is y/n y/ln," started Nick Fury, "She's known to the public as 'Ivy' and she's very skilled." "hi I'm y/n" you said. You raised your hand and waved it, directing the wave to the avengers. "I'm Tony Stark," He stood up and shook your hand. "I'll let you settle in y/n, I'll come check on you in three days." Fury said as he left the room. "y/n, the avengers" Tony introduces her too the avengers. "You'll find out their names as they introduce themselves, but we don't have time for that right now. Just remember these three names for the time being. Me, of course, I'm Tony but you already know that, that's Steve." he points at him and Steve smiles. "and that is Bucky, he has a metal arm and he's a super soldier, he'll train with you for a bit. So remember those people and everything will be alright." you look at Tony with a startled look on your face then turns your head back to Bucky. "Tony's not as tight as he seems, he'll loosen up in about ten minutes." Bucky said as he stood up and walked over to you. "When we get a new avenger, we train with them straight away, just to see what they can do. That new avenger is you, come on y/n." he smiles at you and leads you through to the training room. 

The training room had different gym equipment round the outside, including treadmills, weight benches and other things. In the middle of the room was a boxing ring surrounded by walls of unbreakable glass with a glass door in the middle of the wall at the front. "y/n, Bucky, get in there" said Tony as he pointed to the boxing ring. "Are you sure that's a good idea? I don't want to hurt her." Bucky asked Tony looking concerned. "I'm sure she can handle herself" Tony replied. "but what if I hurt her, she can't be getting hurt on her first day." Bucky said. Tony just shrugged. "I can speak for myself and I appreciate the concern but I don't think you will" you looked at Bucky and he stayed where he was stood. "You coming or what?" you walked into the ring and Bucky hesitantly followed you in. "I'll go easy on you," Bucky said reassuringly. "I won't need that" you replied confidently. 

Bucky stood still for a minute a worried look on his face. You threw a punch and it hit Bucky directly in the nose and he stumbled backwards and frowned. He quickly lifted his leg to kick you in the stomach but you manipulated the air with a wave of your hand and he flew forwards over her head and hit the glass. "ouch, I guess I didn't need to worry" Bucky said sarcastically. you walked over to him and held your hand out to help him up, he took it, stood up then flipped you round onto the floor. "Fair play James" you said as a smirk grew on your face. "Bucky's fine" he replied. "alright Bucky." you said as you kicked him in the stomach. He threw a punch with his metal arm, you caught it in her hand and pulled him down into a headlock and started punching him in the face. Bucky elbowed you in the chest and you stumbled back. He went to punch again but you used the air to stop him again, you pulled him forwards and slammed him straight into the glass. "alright y/n, I give up" he said as he stood up. He flinched in pain as a large cut had opened up at the bottom of his side. "oh my god! Did I do that? I'm sorry!" you said almost looking horrified. "It's alright, it doesn't hurt." Bucky stood up and walked out of the ring looking frustrated as he realised you'd easily beaten him. "She absolutely thrashed you in there Buck!" Steve said to him and he just laughed it off.
