HI! I remember reading this story back in 2017 and falling in love with these two characters and I have re-watched the film and decided to make a Wattpad story of them when they are grown up. In this story, they are BOTH 18. they've known each other...
The place was stunning. I was standing on a rock, Surrounded by water while Jon's and my friends and family were on the other side with gifts lined in the back of them.
But that's not what had me crying...

Jonathon was on his knee. Sherwin knew this wasn't a proposal to get married because they both told each other they'd get promise rings before the actual thing. He wasn't expecting it this year. (also because he wanted to do it first.

With tears profusely flowing down Sher's face he nods his head up and down in a slow manner.
Slipping the ring on Sher noticed it was the exact ring he got but in gold.
He looked at Jon with a smirk.
"Hey, you didn't get two of these?" the pale boy said with a sly smile
"No, it was sold out because someone bought it before me, in the silver so I have to wait.."
"Oh! Well guess this is gonna be a double proposal"
Jon looked at him with a confused expression.
But before he could say anything Sherwin was already kneeling with the ring.
Gasps filled the air and everyone looked surprised.
Tears escaped Jon's eyes, he didn't know what to say. He was upset he didn't have the silver ring but looked like Sher had it..

If you're confused. Here's how the ring mix-up story went and how they both had different pieces.
So Jon always saw Sherwin looking at these specific kinds of rings on his phone, and when he ran into it while shopping for promise rings he thought I'd be the greatest surprise.
In doing that he went into the jewelry shop and asked for one silver and gold...But they had run out of silver because the other day, Sherwin had bought the last silver piece. ( Jon doesn't know)
In this Sherwin had taken the man's number as to when they will have another gold piece (hence why they have 3 golds and 0 more silver) but the man had completely forgotten to call Sher so he was still waiting.
and as what Sherwin did. Jon did the same and took the man's number but still hadn't gotten a call back from the shopkeeper so he was a little stressed and decided to move on with the plan until they could get 2 of the rings. :)
