Season of great expectations,
when peace flows like river,
happiness covers the atmosphere,
and smile stick to our lips like gum.

A time where both kids and adult dances,
just to the same beat the atmosphere brings,
even the old who can't walk;
nods and clap their hands as they sing.

A time filled with celebration of joy,
so rare that it comes just once in a year,
but comes along with goodies and sweetness,
enough to quench our sour mouths.

Don't leave so soon,
we want you to say for a long time,
we want to enjoy your blessings forever,
stay with us and fill our hearts to the brim.

It saddens our heart that it won't hear our pleas,
It would go and leave us to its peak,
but we are glad it came,
he leaves us with loads of blessings,
and store our house with happiness,
that stays for a long time till it returns.
