His body does not produse any type of electromagnetic signal and also has a slight aura of radiation in witch no quirks nor technology can detect him.

Due to him absorbing a shit ton of radiation , he only needs water and sunlight to survive.

He has a reaction going on in his body were he acts as a nuclear reactor , he is constantly growing stronger and producing radiation.
Atom breath :
Unlike his previous counterparts this breath erases his opponents on the subatomic level effectively destroying matter cansuling any healing factors.
EMP :
He can discharge a electromagnetic pulse in which turns off all electric powered substances , desides the range.
Permeable celled shield :
Creates a shield using the cells of his body in 2 dimensions blocking all phasing attacks. ( yes stops mirio )
Cell tissue healing :
If he gets damaged (highly unlikely) has instantaneous healing anywhere converts radiation to cells
Boneless structure :
Due to his origins from plant life he does not have bones.
Mineral infusion :
Fibers in his muscles are are infused with the most durable minerals.
Molecular manipulation :
any cell thats apart of his body can be bended and warped to his needs. ( can change there structures)
Camouflage :
Has natural camouflage when in "Earth form"
Roar :
Induces fear and can make supersonic waves of wind.
Willed plasma :
Can move plasma from inside his body to make wepons or coat his body in it making him glow and make any part of his body insanily hot.

Can will the land in a 150 mile radius to do what ever he wants be it have the materials
