Y/n's POV

I was on my way to my job at the coffee shop.

I was checking my phone as I walked there when I bumped into someone
(😒)

I fell to the ground.

"Oh, sorry. Are you alright?" Someone asks. I look up to see a guy with blonde hair and hazel eyes. He held his hand out and I grabbed it

"Yeah, I'm fine. It's my bad" I say as he pulls me up

"No, I wasn't paying attention" He says

"Neither was I" I say laughing. He laughs with me. I then checked my watch and my eyes widened

"It was nice talking to you but I got somewhere to be" I say as I dust myself off

"Oh yeah, see you around I guess" He says. We head our separate ways and I continue the coffee shop. Once I get there, I get ready and begin taking orders.

~Time Skip~

My shift was almost over when I heard the bell ring. I looked up to see the same guy from before. He walked up

"Well I guess fate just has us meeting everywhere huh?" I ask with a smile. He laughs

"I guess so" He says

"So what can I get you?" I ask

"I'll have a (insert coffee stuff. I wouldn't know, I don't drink coffee) " He says. I begin making his order

"And a name?" I ask

"Reiner" He says

~A Couple Months Later~

Me and Reiner have gotten really close. I honestly have a crush on him. We're always flirting but I'm not sure if he feels the same way

I was at Reiner's house hanging out with him and Bertholdt. We were all watching a movie. Reiner had his arm around my shoulder as we watched the movie.

"Hey, can we pause the movie? I gotta use the restroom" I say. Reiner pauses the movie and I head to the bathroom

Reiner's POV

"Reiner" Bertholdt says. I turn to look at him.

"What?" I ask

"When are you gonna admit you like Y/n?" He asks me. I give him a glare

"As if, I could never like that guy." I say. Bertholdt's eyes widen as he looks behind me.

"What-" I begin as I turn my head but stop. My eyes widen

Y/n's POV

I stare at Reiner slightly shocked. My face then goes neutral as I stare at him. I bite my cheek as I nod my head. My heart broke at those words.

Too good to be true

I walk over and grab my stuff

"Y/n-" Reiner begins as I begin heading for the door.

"You've made it clear that you do not like me in any way whatsoever. I will stay out of your hair, don't worry" I say as I open the door and walk out. I get in my car and drive home as tears stream down my face.
