ᏟᎻᎪᏢͲᎬᎡ Ꮖ

ᎪΝᎠ ᎻᎬᎡᎬ Ꮖ ᎪᎷ, standing on Platform 9¾ admiring the Hogwarts express for the last time before my 7th year.

As I made my way towards the train, my 70s platform boots clicked on the hard concete and in less than 30 seconds, all eyes were on me.
It's not a secret that I'm half veela but this year were two new things in my life.

One, my style was completely changed, going from "classic white & brown" to "dark vintage colors". Normally, now I'd wear a simple white summer dress with white sandals. But here I am, with merlot 70s platform boots which almost touched my knees, black and a deep shade of red plaid skirt with lace on the base and two slips on each side and a black corset off shoulder.

And two, I was named as Head Girl. It was a good thing until I heard who is Head Boy. It was none other than my infamous enemy, Charles Weasley. I think we hated each other since we started school and I simply can't remember why.

Anyway, back at the present, I was going straight at the compartment where I stay every year with my only two friends, Nymphadora Tonks and Harmony Riddle. To be honest, everyone called us "freaks" just because we're different. Tonks because she's a metamorphmagus and Harmony because her father is Tom Riddle and her mother is a muggleborn.

It was a good thing that they were in Hufflepuff. I don't say that they're weak. I'm saying that nobody wakes up.in the morning and thinks that if you mess with a Hufflepuff you'll end up hit by a bat bogey hex or a jelly legs jinx.

I was the first one to arrive so I set myself besides the window, took my snake, Pearl, from her little place from my trunk and put her in my lap, where she automatically curled. She was a white piton with blue eyes like mine.

After almost 10 minutes of peace, the girls came in and I greeted them with hugs.

"I missed you so much Dom, you can't even imagine" said Thonks which made me laugh

"I knew you couldn't live without me Dora" I told her. She lets me and Harmony call her like that because we're close

"So, how was your summer girls?" Said Harmony and we started to chat

"WE WHAT!?" I screamed at Headmaster Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall, Professor Flitwick and Charles Weasley.

"Miss Lestrange, I assure you, there is nothing you need to worry about." Said Dumbledore.

You probably wonder what happened. Well, it seems like I have to share a dorm with Mr Head Boy Charles Weasley. Perfect, absolutely perfect.

It wasn't that bad if you watched it from another perspective, but from mine it was a disaster.

"At least, do we have separate rooms or we need to share that too?" I asked with my anger slightly showing

"Pff, like you wouldn't like to see more than that every morning darling" said Charles, gesturing to his face. Oh Merlin, I want to punch him right in the face.

"Nobody asked for your opinion, Weasley." I said, glaring at him.

"Miss Lestrange, there are two separated rooms where you'll stay. You don't have to worry." Said McGonagall, making me calm a little.

"Your trunks are there already. You'll start your patrols tomorrow night after you hold the prefects meeting at 7 o'clock. For now, you can rest" said Flitwick.

He and McGonagall showed us where was the dorm and after telling us how to get in, they disappeared. The first room was a living room with a brown couch, two armchairs, a little coffee table in the middle and a fireplace. On either sides of the room were two doors. The left one had a blue ribbon tied on the handle and the right one had a red one which I think indicates where we'll stay for the rest of the year.

My room had white walls with blue flowers on them. In the middle of the room was a queen sized bed with blue neat covers. On the right was the bathroom and on the right was a 'walk in' wardrobe full of my clothes.

Fast forward, I took a shower and when I finished I curled up in bed and drifted to sleep right away.
