This beach was almost deserted, except for a few kids in the distance, flying a pink and yellow kite. The day was warm enough, the sky was blue and the sand soft and yellow. They set their bags down and started opening up the tents. They would be putting them up on the sand, a safe distance away from the water.

Molly took charge, showing them how to properly keep the tent up, which was funny because she was the only pureblood. Teddy and Victoire had given up and used their wands to stretch and hold the tent up. Molly, Roxanne, and Dominique were going to share the biggest tent which Molly had almost managed to get up.

Dominique and Aashin arrived soon after Teddy and Victoire managed to put the tent up.

"How'd you guys get here before us and manage to start setting up?" Aashin asked, terribly confused.

Dominique widened her eyes looking at the four, who didn't realize how weird this must look.

"Magic." Roxanne flat out said. Molly was struggling to hold her laugh in, biting her lip.

"He's joking, we drove here, parked up there," Teddy covered up, pointing at the distant hill with a parking lot.

They continued setting up tents, Victoire smacked Roxanne's head with her hand. In about ten minutes Freddy and Kathleen joined them.

It took about an hour to set everything up, but it was a lot of fun, everyone was very pleased once the four tents were up, standing on their own, along with the igloo under secret weather enchantments keeping their food and drinks cold.

Roxanne decided it was time to go to the beach. It was about one o'clock by then, still very hot. The girls disappeared into their tents to get into swimming costumes. The water was chilly but it felt good against the beaming sun. Eventually, they went in all the way, getting knocked out of the big waves.

Aashin had brought out his surfboard, and went far into the ocean, surfing over the waves, occasionally getting knocked off by the waves. He eventually came back to the shore and started teaching Dominique the basics, helping her get onto the board, as they both were softly gliding across the water.

"He's flirting," Victoire said as they both were staring from a distance at Dominique and Aashin who had just fallen into the water. They came back out, he was holding onto her in the deep water, keeping her floating.

"So's she." He added as the two got back on the surfboard laughing.

Wrapped in towels, Roxanne and Freddy were racing Kathleen and Molly in building the biggest sandcastle. Victoire and Teddy joined them and they used wordless magic to get the sand to stick instead of getting up to get water from the sea every five minutes.

Victoire and Teddy went back into the water splashing each other while also trying to stalk Dominique and Aashin who were simply sitting on the floating board in the deep water, holding on to each other as a subtle wave would float by beneath them.

Eventually they headed back to the tents where they grilled bacon over the frying burned Aashin had brought.

"MJ, you're the best cook y'know," Dominique complimented just so she wouldn't have to help out with the cooking.

"MJ?" Aashin asked her while getting out the plates to eat it.

"Molly Junior. Our gran, her name's Molly too."

"You guys must be a close family," he said looking at the cousins. "Both my grandparents live in India, so I hardly see them."

"Do you have any younger brothers?" "Or siblings? Or cousins?" she added after Freddy gave her a glare.
