i self harm

most people see it as a suicide attempt                                                                                             

mostly i just use it to vent

gets out my feelings that are stuck inside

its a release and never for pride

so much of a build up that all is left is to cut so i try my best

i know its wrong

check my arms

see the scars

and i'm trying to stop but its so hard

the slightest thing can set me off

so please beware who your pissing off

run to the bathroom

let your tears run

and before you know it you've begun

do anything you can to keep them concealed
