My journey has not been the easiest of journeys, from a young age I knew I wasn't like other girls but I could never figure out why, I would always ask my self the same questions "what makes me different?" "Why don't I fit in?"
At the age of five I started to realise I was different to the other girls instead if want Barbie dolls and cooking sets I want action figures and war tanks.
At the age of ten I knew I wasn't like them at all, whilst they wore pink frills and ballet pumps, I wore t shirt and converse.
At the age if 15 I finally realised why I wasn't the same as the others, because I'm not a girl, I never really was.
Now at the age of 17 I'm just beginning this journey and I know it's along road ahead and not everyone is going to accept me but this is my life and this is my journey. This is only the start of my journey.
