Chapter 1: Jobs and Works

"Flipping gas doesnt work.." I mumbled out of fuss as i tried to get the stove to turn on, and it wont because i just figured that we ran out of gas. "Kokichi!!" I shouted at my husband, he rushed down as fast as he could, and i just wish i didnt. He came down with his pants on but no shirt, can my luck be this worse?

"Yes~?" He asked as he went up to me, i blushed "w...we ran out of gas.." i said, trying not to be too obvious that im blushing. "I'll go and get one once i get home!" He said, then he smirked right at me "whats with that rosy red cheeks of yours, hm~?" He said, i can tell that he's gonna start teasing me with that tone. "N-nothing..!" I quickly looked away, i heard his signature laugh. "Nishishi! its not like your first time seeing me like this~ so why so embarrassed?" He teased me, i swear im throwing him across the room.

"Put on a shirt please.." i said, then he laughed "alright alright, you mustve been turned on!" Kokichi grinned "now or ill throw you across the room" i said blankly.

"Alrighty!" He went back upstairs to get his shirt, i sighed and started to make toast, coffee, and got Panta and Milk for the two. Once i finished the preparations, Koshiro and Kokichi are now with me in the dining table and started our morning like usual. Then I got a call on my phone, so i answered it "hello?" I said.

"Miss L/N Ouma? Are you heading here now?" My boss asked me, its still 7 am though. "N-not yet, im still having my breakfast.." i said. My boss wasnt that all strict, she's kind and happy to give us a day off or a week, if its only neccessary. "Okay, i just want to ask if you could extend your shift only for today? 12 midnight?" She said, i was concerned "maybe.. how come?" I asked "one of the workers got sick and Mr. Aki needs assistance in the shop.. could you do that?" She said, i thought of it for a moment.

"Sure thing Maam.." i accepted it. "Great! See you later Miss L/N Ouma!" She cheerfully said as she ended our call. I put my phone down with a sigh "mama, who is that?" Koshiro asked me as he ate his toast "its my boss, dear. I have to work for more hours.." i said as i finished my coffee "Dont wear yourself off okay?" He said. "I wont.." i stood up and got my sling bag and put my shoes on, im just wearing white shirt and some pants on, along with my hair in a ponytail.

"Bye you two" i said as i kissed Kokichi, then kissed Koshiro on the forehead "Auntie Akamatsu and Auntie Shirogane will take care of you later, alright? Be good" i said to my son as i headed out of the house, now walking to my workplace.

Kokichi's POV

I cleaned the dishes and the dining room as i let Koshiro play in the bath for a while, i already took him a bath before he plays so i could get some stuff done. Once im done, i went to the bathroom and saw Koshiro playing "alright, playtime's over!" I said as i got a towel, he stood up and i got him out of the tub, draining the water then dried him off. "Papa.. what time is Mama coming home?" He asked me "hm.. maybe by next day, which is waaaaaay past your bedtime" i said, then i saw Koshiro frowning

"Whats with the sad face?" I asked, even though i know what that face tells me. "Mama wont get me to bed? Can i stay up a bit more?" He asked, i shook my head "nope! You cant" i said now helping Koshiro puts his clothes on. "Wh-why not?" He asked again. "Weeeeeeell, ive heard that if you dont sleep early, you wont be able to grow.. do you want to stay super short?" I said. Kids are easy to trick, really, just say something and theyll be convince, well in my case its for his own good. "No.. i want to be tall just like Mama!!" He said, of course he does, i hate my height compare to Y/N

Ehhh doesnt matter, i can still carry her. "So once i get home, ill put you sleep" i said, brushing his hair. "Unlessss you want the tickle monster to put you to bed!" I teased my son a bit, he shook his head "then thats clear.." i said then i heard the doorbell ring downstairs "ooh~ theyre here!" I said as i went down to open the door, there i met Shirogane and Akamatsu with her kids, Haru Saihara and Kumi Saihara.
