*coughs awkwardly*

Ello!

Just gonna say it, it says there is salt in the description, and there is, but it's minor since this wasn't a fic made for pure salt.

That's all I'm really gonna say for now...

Oh, and a door was bullied in the making of this fic...

You'll find out what I mean when you read it >:D

To say Marinette didn't like showing off all of her accomplishments too much would be putting it lightly. Unlike some certain Lila 'Liar' Rossi, Marinette didn't say all of her many amazing accomplishments to not seem self absorbed but also because, well, she didn't want people feeling bad about themselves because she had accomplished so much.

Despite Lila saying that she's such a great person and doesn't like bragging and doesn't want to be in the center of attention, every other sentence that she said was just a big pile of steaming hot garbage. Every lie was about her and her accomplishments and what horrendous things Marinette has done to her, hence why only she and Adrien, who she later learned was Chat Noir, were sitting in the back all alone.

Now, Lila didn't say anything bad about Adrien per say but he had realized that her lies were in fact hurting others and took back his advice on taking the high road. They couldn't outright say that Lila was lying, even with proof since everyone in their class combined, excluding Alix and Max and themselves of course, had about 5 brain cells total.
Marinette and Adrien did have a plan...sorta. See, she did tell Adrien that she had a plan and was going to tell him that this would be one of the rare occasions that she'd be showing off one of her accomplishments and for this, she was glad that this was not public information. Of course, Adrien agreed saying that he trusted her and that he'd stand by her side forever, especially if Miss Liar Liar Pants On Fire was exposed.

When most think of Tony Stark, they think of the Avengers, Iron man, the one who saved the world from a missle, the one who also saved the world from his own creation known as Ultron who wanted to drop a city to kill off humanity, playboy, and rich billionaire. Others, namely Lila's flock of sheep, call him Lila's Godfather.

Marinette refers to him as her own Godfather. Family. Even if he has an ego bigger than that of Chat Noir, Chloe, and Lila combined.
Of course, that doesn't really matter.
Not for now at least.

She'd deal with his giant ego later.
For now, she's just gonna go sit back and wait for her Godfather and the rest of the Avengers to pick her up from school. Just enough so that everyone will know that she's good friends with the billionaire and hopefully not take her word with a grain of salt.
Of course, Tony is Tony and her luck is just as bad as Lila's lies.

Which is absolutely horrible.
Marinette was just designing a pretty dress commission for Clara Nightingale fifteen minutes before class ended and Marinette couldn't help but feel giddy. At least if her classmates would ignore the fact she knew the Avengers of all people then they would at least know that Lila was lying about Tony being her Godfather or at least question why the man had promptly ignored the Italian.
