"are you excited about your first day of school next week" my dad smiled as he sat my plate of lunch in front of me. "definitely" i nodded and gave a fake smile.
truth is i'm kind of nervous but whatever. it's our first time back to school in months, it's literally scary!
"i bet you scared as hell" my moms teased chewing her food. "girl pshhhh"
"mani, ass scared as hell" my dad agreed and the both of them laughed as we heard a knock on the door. "i'll get it" i excused myself from the table wondering who it could possibly be because my parents were off from work and i didn't invite anyone over.
"hey mani," zaire stood at my door with a dozen white roses in his hand making me almost fall to my feet. "for me?" i cooed touching my little heart. no has ever done anything like this for me before.
"yes" he handed them to me and engulfed me into a hug. "awww my children" my dad popped up behind us and took a pic of us both. we giggled as we let go of each other. "cmon, let's go up to my room" i said in his ear and i led him up to my room.
"y'all better not be getting freaky either" my mom yelled up the stairs making us chuckle. cus why y'all in our business??
i closed the door to my sitting the flowers to the side and zaire sat on my lovesac.
then i sat on his lap getting comfortable. "girl you finna get ate up" he whispered in my ear making me melt. "hold on." i got up and quickly locked the door and we got straight to it.

i liked all the comments i got and hopped out of bed to take my shower. i gathered an oversized graphic tee, some biker shorts and some underclothes and hopped in the shower blasting jhene aiko
after i got out i touched up my wig and slide my yeezy slides on and grabbed my keys heading out of the door. "what's the move bitchesss" i made a voice message to the group chat. seconds later josh responded with, "meet us at top golf long shoe ass" he said and the people in the back laughed.
i even giggled myself because it was out of nowhere. i typed bet and drove out of the drive away.
