How We got Super Powers

CHAPTER 1

Hi my name is Kacie, and I live in Florida , I am 7 years old, and this is the story of how I and all of my siblings Henry,Dawn,Chloe, and Bianca got super powers. No joke we really did get super powers, I know what you are thinking how did we get them. Well let me tell you the story of how our lives changed forever.

"Are you guys ready?" Our mom asked cheerfully.

"Duh! Who wouldn't be we are going to one of the best log cabins in all of Florida, and there is a nice resort next door to it, and a peaceful woods." Dawn said. Time flew by really fast, but it was such a waste of good time because when we got there there were people there that would not leave and then we had to bring in a lawer, but finally we got to stay in our log cabin. "Well that was a little frustrating but now we are back on track." I said to my Dad.

"Yeah, but why dont you guys go and play in the nice woods." I will say that at first I did not want to go into those woods but my siblings made me. Being the second youngest in the family- the youngest is Chloe- I usually go into what my siblings tell me to do. But it turns out that in those woods there was a huge suprise that none of us expected.

CHAPTER 2

"Wow these woods are so beautiful, I could live here." Dawn exclaimed. But what we didn't know was that these woods weren't as pretty and as care free as they seemed. " I don't think that you want to live here Dawn" Bianca said nevously.

"One it was a joke, and two why do you think I shouldn't" Dawn snapped.

"Well maybe because I don't think that you should live in a place where there are huge buckets of radio active waste lying around!" Bianca yelled.

"What do you mean, there are no buckets of radio active waste lying around. Get your eyes checked for petes sake." Suddenly, Clumsy Chloe-that is what we call her since she is extremley clumsy- asked what that his without even looking at what she was doing. And then she was just moving all over the place and knocked all of the buckets all over us! "CHLOE WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! YOU JUST SPILLED THIS ALL OVER US!" Henry yelled at her and started to make her cry. Before we knew it we were all passed out and were lying on the ground for hours.

CHAPTER 3

"Ugh my head. What happened?" Bianca asked.

"All I remember is Chloe knocking over the buckets of radio active waste all over us."

"Yeah and just to be sure I am going to go and look at the buckets to make sure there are no possible side affects of if it gets on you." Bianca said looking like she was the oldest- but she is only the middle child-

"Here is a better idea how about I go and look at the buckets. Jut an idea, because you know that I am older than you by two years!" Dawn yelled.

"How about I go and look at the buckets so that you two don't kill each other with it, and also because I am older than BOTH OF YOU!" Henry yelled sounding like my mom when they fight at home. So Henry went to go and look at the at the buckets. "Guys I can't really read if it says anything so I am going to try to lift it up." Henry said looking scared. That is when we started to realize that soething did happen when that waste got knocked on us. That was when we realized that Henry and possibly all of us got super powers. And there he was Henry holding a 6 ton bucket of radio active waste, and wasn't even struggling. Us all staring at him with our eyes wide open like we just saw our old wrinkly Grandma naked.

CHAPTER 4

"How did you just do that, you know that is not normal you picked that up and you didn't even struggle to do it." Dawn said in complete shock.

"I do not know I just picked it up not knowing what would happen, and it turned out to be really light to me!" He said.
"Light how could a 6 ton bucket of radio active waste be light?" Chloe thought. Everyone else was looking so confused and then I looked at Chloe. She had a look on her face like she was Albert Einstein having a light bulb. "Chloe are you thinking of something? Maybe about why Henry could lift that super easily?"

"Superpowers! From when we knocked it over the side affects were superpowers." It turns out that she was right we did have superpowers long story short Chloe's powers were shapeshifting, invisibility, and vocal munipulation, Dawn's were super speed, geo leaping, and levitation, Bianca's were super smarts, laser bow, and freeze and heat breath, Henry's are super strength x-ray vision, and heat vision, finally mine were spinning and making myself a tornado, blast waves, and telekinisis. "This is so cool!" Chloe said turning into a dragon.

"Hey Chloe do you want to have a race, you know you as a cheetah and me using my super speed?"

"Sure but you are going to lose." Chloe said with alot of attitude.

"READY SET- But I was interupted by Dawn going and super speeding and Chloe flying after her.

"You cheated by using your geo leaping power." Meanwhile Bianca was making some calculations. "Hey Henry can you come here and use your x-ray vision to look through the buckets of waste.

"Sure" he said coming over while flexing his muscles. And that was when we found out another big secret about those woods. Well this is what happened hises were not exactly aligned with the buckets so he was looking at the trees next to them. And he saw what was inside those "real" trees there was a secret lab and in that secret lab there was an evil scientist!
CHAPTER 5

"Guys we have got to get out of here NOW!" He said running.

"Why?" Bianca asked.

"Because those trees are not real and inside those fake trees is a secret lab and an evil scientist." So they went and grabbed on to Dawn and she super speeded up the hill. Finally, they got to their log cabin. "There you kids are, you have been out there for hours so what did you guys do."

"Mom and Dad we all got superpowers one of mine is shapeshifting see look." Chloe blurted turing into a lion.

"Oh my, we need to call the police get them locked up. Our children have been replaced by aliens!"

"Bianca freeze them now!" I yelled.

"Got it!" And there they were two frozen parents. "We should probably put them in like the closet or something, Henry would you mind." So he put them in the closet and we just stayed and sat for a while. "So what do you want to do now?" I asked boredly. But before anyone could answer all of the sudden coming from the woods we heard a super loud BANG!! "Wow what was that?" Bianca screamed.

"I don't know but just to be safe I am turning into a fearless animal." Chloe said turning into a.......

T-REX! But as soon as she started not slouching down and standing up she went through the roof.

"Chloe Matthews get down here and just use your invisibility." Henry yelled.

"Okay, but your no fun. Why can't I just go be a t-rex so I can go into the woods and bite the head off the man who is.. working on a machine to it looks like take over the world.

"What!" Dawn asked.
