Joe and I walked pretty quickly to his room. He looked under his bed before getting on the floor and reaching under it. I looked around and noticed his computer was on and he was logged on to an editing program.
"You make videos?" I asked him still looking at the screen.
"Oh, yeah! I have a YouTube channel. Caspar, Zoe, and Alfie run their own as well." He told me.
"Oh okay. That sounds interesting. I might have to check it out." I smiled.
Being able to see Caspar without actually seeing him in person. I know that sounds creepy and I don't actually know him, but I could get a sense of what he's like over the Internet couldn't I?
I looked at Joe to see that he pulled a card put from under his bed. It was one of those really big, custom made cards that kids make for their friends on their birthdays.
"Would you like help with that?" I asked him kindly.
He looked at me, smiled then nodded. I helped him pick up the card and it was kind of heavy. I assumed it was also a pop up card. Joe and I looked into each other's eyes at the same moment.
"Did anyone ever tell you that you have really green eyes? They're beautiful." Joe said smiling again.
"Not at all. It's nice to hear though." I smiled back.
We hauled the card into the the living room while Caspar and Michelle were making out on the couch again. Caspar lightly pushed his girlfriend away and looked at Joe.
"Okay, I thought you drove her back there to...never mind." Caspar said smirking a little.
"Better Joe than you." Michelle snapped.
"Right. Because we like to see your tongue down our friend's throat every second of the day." Alfie whispered.
"Anyway! Caspar, we all put this card together over the weekend. I hope you like it because it costed over 55 pounds to make." Joe joked before opening the card, to reveal pop up pictures of Caspar and his friends that were there.
Eventually, the party ended. I left at the same time Michelle did, and I think she wanted to just so she could say things to me.
"Do you have a boyfriend?" Michelle asked putting a leather jacket on.
"No. I don't. I don't think I ever will. Nobody finds me attractive." I said looking at the ground.
"No. You're very pretty! You're pale skin with those green eyes and pink lips makes you look very, very pretty."
"Thank you." I was still looking at the floor.
"Just don't use those looks to steal my boyfriend." Michelle laughed.
"Why would I try to take Caspar from you? He wouldn't like me and I don't like him." I lied.
"Fine. I don't care. You're right. He would never love you as much as he loves me anyway. I'm the one who made him a man."
"Good for you then."
"Maybe you could go after Joe."
"Why would I go after Joe? Why would I go after anybody? I don't know them."
We continued walking outside.
"I see the way he looks at you." Michelle looked at me and smiled evilly.
"If this is just some big plan to try and keep me away from Caspar, it won't work. I'm Zoe's friend and she comes over here all the time. I could come with her if I wanted to."
"I know I can't keep you away. I just have to scare you a bit. I'm a jealous bitch. Trust me."
Did Michelle just admit to me that she's jealous? And she's a bitch? She didn't really have to tell me for me to figure that out.
"Oh I do." I whispered.
When I got home, I got on my laptop and searched for YouTube. I clicked on the search bar and typed 'Caspar Lee' into it. I immediately saw a lot of videos of him and Michelle and the thumbnails had her lips on him in some fashion. I clicked on one and watched it all the way through. It was just them playing the Girlfriend VS Boyfriend game.
"And if you want to find Michelle...where can they find you?" Caspar asked smiling to his girlfriend.
"My channel is MissMichelle07." She answered.
"And make sure to subscribe while you're there!" Caspar hinted before ending the video.
After I saw that video, I decided I needed to make an account. I did within 10 minutes. I even uploaded an introduction video. I pulled my phone out to make it. I then realized I should probably have lighting and a real camera, so I called Zoe and she happily agreed to take my shopping.
We went to a shop that Zoe, Alfie, and Joe had gotten their cameras from and we walked around until we found one I liked and had good quality. We then bought a small camera for vlogging and that kind of small stuff.
"So, why did you decide to make a channel?" Zoe asked curiously as we walked to a lighting shop.
"Everyone in the group has one so I didn't want to feel left out." I lied.
"Oh okay. Well, I could be the first person to collaborate with you! It could be fun!"
"Totally!"
When I got back to my flat, I set up my camera, came up with an opening and made my first proper video. I did a hair tutorial and I think I did pretty well, if I do say so myself. After I filmed, I edited. For a long time. I ended up falling asleep while going through the clips and having a dream. I barely remember the surroundings. I could hear a familiar laugh in the darkness. Michelle's. I woke up knowing that I wouldn't be able to get rid of her. I needed a plan that was going to make Caspar jealous and Michelle get off my case about him. I just didn't know what it would be.
