Tears too down my face and I know for a fact that my mascara is running down and onto my cheeks too. Of course they have to be here. This was supposed to be my night. My night with the boy I really like. I sigh.
"Hey it's okay. Don't feel bad, I understand. I do. How about we go someplace else?" He asks as he gently wipes my tears with his thumb.
"Zach I-i" I stutter not sure what to say or do.
"It's okay y/n. I promise. I'll just take you somewhere else." He says as I nod. He gets in the glove compartment and pulls out tissues for me. I blow my nose and wipe off my messy mascara. He leans over and kisses my nose before he starts to drive again. I blush and smile. He's so sweet.
We start driving and sit in silence. He pulls up to his house and shuts the car off.
"Now I know this isn't exactly what we had planned but I promise this will be just as fun." He says sounding a little worried. Like he doesn't think I'll have a good time or like I don't approve.
"Zach it's fine, really it is. I get this will be even better." I say smiling which makes him breath out a sigh of relief and smile. "Okay then, let's go." He says as he gets out. He runs to my side and opens the door before I can even get my seatbelt off. Damn this kid is fast. I unbuckle and get out while taking his hand. We walk in and I hear a little girl yell "Zachy!!!" And come running. She hugs his leg and he bends down to hug her back.
When they pull away she points at me.
"Zachy is that your girlfriend?" She asks while smiling and wiggling her little eyebrows. Zach blushes and I know I do too. "Not yet Reese." He says as he kisses her forehead then takes my hand and leads me to the kitchen. "She's adorable" I say as he grabs some water and a bag of chips. "Yeah, she's kinda spoiled though" he chuckles.
Then a boy who looked a few years younger than me and Zach walked in.
"Whoah. Who are you?" He asks me. "I'm y/n, zachs friend" I say and smile which makes him blush.
"Oh your the famous y/n we hear so much about" he says as he smirks at Zach. "Ryan." Zach says sternly as he sighs. Ryan shrugs and walks away.
"Zach your home. Oh and who is this." A woman asks as she walks in the kitchen.
"This is my friend y/n." Zach says smiling as he walks over to me and takes my hand in his. She smiles.
"It's lovely to meet you y/n." She says. "It's good to meet you to Mrs.Herron." I say.
"Oh please honey, call me Myta. I would introduce you to Josh but he's at work, maybe another time though." She says. I nod.
"Well mom, we are gonna chill in the treehouse for a while, see ya later." Zach says as he starts to walk outside and since I'm holding his hand I follow. "Ok. Bye y/n." I hear Myta say. I turn slightly and wave. "Bye"
We walk out and climb into the treehouse. It's actually very cool and pretty clean. There are posters on the walls, a mini couch, beanbags, a desk, and fairy lights strung all around the place.
"Wow" I say as zach sits on the couch and motions for me to sit too. I do and he puts his arm around me. I rest my head on his shoulder and he pulls a red blanket over us. We start eating the chips he brought.
"So you talk about me huh?" I question while smiling up at him. He freezes. "Uhhh, ummm I mean yeah sometimes I guess I do." He says and blushes while he looks down at his feet. I rest my head back on his shoulder. "That's cool." I say and eat another chip. He chuckles and we start to talk.

I yawn. We've been talking for a few hours now, just about life, what we wanna do when we're older and just random stuff. "Oh shoot I should probably take you home huh" zach says I nod and yawn again. We head back inside and Myta is still up getting a drink.
"Hey guys whatcha doin?" She asks as she sets her bottled water down.
"I'm gonna take y/n home." Zach says.
"Oh no no no. Y/n can stay the night. I don't mind." She says and smiles then walks to her room
"Okaay. Well wanna stay?" Zach asks, turning to me. "Yeah sure." I say and smile.
We walk up to his room. "You can sleep with me if you want to." Zach says as he blushes. I smile and get in his bed. "Uhh y/n you can wear some of my clothes to bed if you want" zach says.
"Oh yeah, that'd be nice." I say awkwardly as I get up. He hands me grey sweatpants and a black shirt. I walk off to the bathroom to change. - After I put his clothes on I use the bathroom and wash my hands. Mmmmm, his clothes smell just like him. I smile and return back to Zachs room. I close the door behind me and put my clothes on the floor, unsure of where else to put them. I climb in bed with Zach and see he's only wearing sweatpants. I blush and lay on my side, facing away from him. He pulls the blanket up and lays down. He wraps his warm arms around me and turns me over , so I'm now facing him.
"You tryin to ignore me?" He asks playfully. I smile and just cuddle into his bear chest. his hands go on my waist and his head goes on mine. "Y/n I had so much fun with you today. I was wondering if you wanted to hang again tomorrow? If not it's okay. Oh and you look really cute in my clothes." He says which makes me smile so wide.
"Thanks Zach. I had fun today too and of course we can hangout again tomorrow." I say.
"Yayyyy" he says happily which makes us both laugh a little.
"Goodnight y/n." He says before kissing my head.
"Goodnight Zach." I reply and smile.
I cuddle even closer to him than before if that's even possible, and close my eyes. We drift off to sleep cuddling each other soon after.
