After her meeting with Ubyushiki, Hinotori walks to her estate. As she enters she is welcomed by kakushi and maids who help around her estate, "Ah, Hinotori-sama there is a child waiting for you at the training grounds" one of her maids say. Hinotori nods letting out a small 'thank you' before heading to the training grounds.

Hinotori hears a wooden sword slamming against a thick piece of bamboo. She looks up and sees a girl about 5 years younger than her (Hinotori is currently 15).The girl had yellow hair, brown eyes and was wearing a simple yellow kimono.

"oi, who the hell are you." Hinotori demanded. The girl flinched, then turned around to face her, "e-eto my name is Agatsuma Sora and I-I-I am 10 years old." The girl stuttered. Hinotori rose a brow then nodded, "So you're my new tsugoku then..." The younger girl nodded slowly, suddenly Hinotori disappears leaving Sora in shock.
"WAAH!!!" Sora was pushed down to the ground by a Hinotori but before she could react, the hashira disappeared once more, "If you can't stand against a simple shove then you will never be able to kill a demon, let alone be my tsugoku." She heard the Phoenix Hashira's low voice cutting through the wind.
Sora's eyes widened in fear as she thought of failure. She took a deep breath and shakily stood up and grabbed her wooden sword, "Train me as hard as you can sensei I will never quit no matter how many times you bring me down!" Her golden eyes shining in determination
Hinotori appeared in front of Sora and looked into her eyes. Sora felt overwhelmed by her gaze but stood strong, "Very well then" Hinotori unsheathed her katana and pointed it at the child, "but I must warn you that my training sessions will be the hardest thing you have ever experienced so if you feel that you are not fit to be my tsugoku than back away now"
Sora tighten her grip on the katana she was holding 'should I really stay here? Am I strong enough to become a demon slayer? Maybe I should back down' Sora's whole body was shaking as she was in deep thought. Hinotori sighed and was about to tell Sora off when she heard the 10 year old shout, "I WILL BECOME YOUR TSUGOKU AND BECOME A DEMON SLAYER SO TRAIN ME UNTIL MY VERY LAST BREATH!"
Hinotori smirked sadistically, "Let's get started then shall we"

*Sora's point of view*
It's been about a month since I was brought to the Phoenix estate. My sensei is a hashira and even if I'm not an official demon slayer she treats me as I am. The first week of my training was a hellish time
*Flash Back*
"See that mountain behind my estate Sora?" My sensei inquires. I nodded. "I want you to run to the very top and run back down" "eh?" The Phoenix Hashira turned around and was about to walk back inside but she paused, "Also, be careful when coming down because some of the traps can be lethal"
I looked at the mountain with a discouraging look "Master I-" I turned around and Hinotori-sama was gone. ".................WAHHHHH SHE DISAPPEARED AGAIN!" I screeched.
*Flashback end*
I chuckled a bit at the memory, but my joy was short lived when I was shoved to the ground for the hundredth time today, "stop giggling and start focusing on mastering total concentration breathing" I sweat dropped at my masters bluntness but I stood up nonetheless
"ah sorry sensei, I was just reminiscing a few of the training sessions I have done with you" I scratched the back of my head with embarrassment. I hear my sensei sigh and before I know it; I'm slapped from the back of my head...ow.
"If you keep getting distracted by small things then you'll never be able to become a demon slayer Sora." Hinotori-sama glances at me as I look down in shame. She is right though, I'll never be able to succeed if i get caught up with other things.
"Sora." "Yes Sensei?" I looked up at my sensei with a bit of confusion. "After you master the basics of swordsmanship and Total Concentration, you will create your own breath."
