Okay so this is not going to go anywhere, but I've become invested in the storyline these men have in my head, so y'all are going to have to deal with it. Also the 🌶🌶🌶 is gonna come, I just want to build a proper storyline and characters to develop more, otherwise it feels weird for my brain to just write smut.

as I was editing near the end I kinda lost my hyperfocus, so if there are any spelling or grammar mistakes I truly apologize let me know if you need me to fix anything.

"I call this meeting to order. The discussions today will be propositions of new bills."  the Madam Speaker's voice echoed throughout the room.

Jesse sat in his seat, back straight, and head high. While he held his proud stance, he could see Rob leaning back in the chair near him.

"Would anyone like to come forward and propose a bill?" Ms. Arib voice reminded the members to start speaking out.

Without even needing to look Jesse could feel Rob standing up. This sort of awareness threw him into confusion. It knocked his center of balance off, it shook the molecules inside him. And still he couldn't figure out why.

"The Democraten 66 party would like to propose a bill allowing more refugees into the country during this humanitarian crisis. We have a prepared outline, but are open to suggestions, and changes, thank you." Rob announced. He stood upright, and despite not being as tall as the other men in the room; his poise left him mightier than most men. Wait a damn minute. What the heck was he thinking? How was this person leaving him more flustered than before. Jesse couldn't help but latch his eyes onto the man. Rob slightly turned his head towards Jesse, and winked.

Jesse's eyes widened, and he quickly turned his face away. More than anything WHY WAS HE THE ONLY ONE ACTING LIKE THIS. DIDN'T ROB FEEL ANYTHING. Wait. What in God's name was he thinking?  Jesse felt his head run hot. He got up to get water, or just walk. At this point anything but staying near Rob would help him calm down.

Once he'd left the chamber he walked down to the cafe in the building.

"Hallo, I'd like to order a lavender ice tea three sugars please." Jesse pointed to personalized menu.

"And I'd like an iced chai latte please, also I'll be paying for both of us." Said the ever familiar voice not even a hair's breadth behind him. And still being startled Jesse jumped back colliding into Rob's chest. He was saved by steady arms, that helped him just above his waist. "Woah, I didn't mean to startle you Mr. Klaver."

Startled by how much he liked their physical contact, Jesse jumped forward banging into the ordering counter in front of him. He groaned at the collision, and felt Rob's hand rest on his shoulder.

"Are you alright?" Concerned laced through his voice.

"Ah, yeah, just, hurts, a bit." Jesse managed through gritted teeth. His eyes locked with Rob Jetten's.

"Would you like to drink at one of these tables?" Rob offered.

"I–" Jesse started.

"Actually, that wasn't a question. You can't say no because I haven't been able to contact you through your work number, and you ignored me last week after the meeting was adjourned." Rob stated.

Jesse was overcome with embarrassment...He had ignored or told his secretary to decline all calls from a Rob Jetten. Glancing towards the exit sign he said "Alright, we can drink together. Also I'm sorry for missing your calls, I've been busy..." He mumbled.
