a lot of people fail at life
some kill themselves
some just kill
some search for money
while others make families
some Crack under the pressure
while others live the perfect American dream
filled with college debt
and bills to pay
living in a house in the suburbs
with two kids
and a dog
and one of those kids
will end up hating their parents
but such is life
but what is life?
People think it's all fun
But evil rains down
The darkness lurks the streets
Its hunts for its prey
The weak minded crumble
But then the night becomes day.
When you observe people find it odd
But i'm not odd
They like to call me insane
Insane
What a word
A word that still can't describe any of the darkness in life.
Life is all about the thrill of it. Having fun.
Things that make your heart race.
Your palms sweat.
Your mind, swirling uncontrollably.
Things that make you wish you had stayed home that night.
things that make you scared, crying, worried about if you'll make it out alive.
Some people would say that's crazy.
Some people would say that's for the mentally ill.
Some people would say that's what happens when you do drugs.
Some people would say that you're out of it.
But there's a term for it.
One word.
Insanity
But yet Insanity seems unfitting
The killers play with the victims like they're children which lures them
A soul for a soul
A life for a life
The dead don't play with the living
The living don't play with the dead
The killers play with the killers
But the gangs don't
The madness rains down
And I'm in control .
