"Eyes up here kid. I know, it's a nice view. But answer me, where the fuck were you going?"
"Uhm..out, obviously. And I'm 18, not a kid."
He takes a deep inhale, and blows out.
"Y/N... You're 18, yes , we are all aware of such. But we're also aware you're a legally certified problem child. Plus it's far from reasonable for you to be out at such hour."
"You smoke?" I try to distract from the topic.
"Yes, obviously. I try not to hit it around people, instead usually around times like this, but you decided to attempt to sneak out, catching, well, interrupting me. Do you want some? Because we will stay here all day until you tell me where you were going, so you might as well make the best of it."
"I don't feel like smoking right now. Or lying. So I just won't say anything."
"Fine, stay silent."
He took one last whiff before outing the blunt and putting it on an ashtray he must've brought out. He walks over to me,
"Try to leave and I'm coming right with you." He blew out the smoke, and walked to his room.
"Don't try to leave without me either, I'm putting us on lockdown mode." He says, and at the same time, metal walls encloses everywhere. The windows, the elevator door, etc. Shit.
He returns not long after, fully dressed in his hero suit.
"C'mon kid. Unless you rather not go anymore, and instead tell me where, and let me go alone."
I stay silent and he unlocks the penthouse.
"It's settled then, we'll go together."
When we walk in the elevators presses the Kanji for G instead of L, which was a fingerprint scan button. I look at him questioningly.
"Oh, my garage. I have to get something."
"Do you own this building?" I asked.
"Yes, I had it created personally for me. Every design is mine." That makes sense.
When we arrive at the garage, he flips a switch, and ramp rises from the floor with a motorcycle and 2 helmets.
"Have you ever rode?"
"That's all my dad would ever travel on, if we weren't walking. I had bought one when I was 16 as well, but I didn't get many rides out of it because Inko ruined it."
"Good, you're experienced enough. You'll be driving, since I doubt you'd give me the directions. Go on."
"I don't drive with a helmet."
"Well you will today." Keigo says, putting the helmet over my head. I sigh and secure it, then get on the bike. He follows suit. I set my gps up on the phone holder, then put my headphones on under my helmet, re-securing it. Keigo presses a button on his phone and the garage door opens, and I zoom out. I definitely missed this feeling, even though this time I have a watchful pro hero, sitting awfully close with his hands around my waist riding with me. Every road bump, he bumps into my ass, poking in between.
"Keigo-san. You're killing me here."
"You're killing me as well but you don't hear me complaining, right?"
"I should actually kill you."
"Not yet, I'll get back to you later though."
At first, the collisions weren't much, as it was just his print. Now, he's hard, and poking me, making me wet.
"You damned sarcastic perv."
"It's not my fault I keep rubbing on your nice ass."
"Just that comment right there proves it." I responded the same as usual, but my cheeks were flushed, again.
"I always thought of you as a raging bisexual." I mentioned, changing the subject to the first thing I can think of.
"Or a non binary male, since you didn't seem the type to care about gender labels."
"You're right about both. Pronouns are unnecessary, girls and guys are hot. I thought you were a flaming homosexual, but the way you react towards me says otherwise." He moved his hand from my waist to my inner thigh to prove his point. I hold back a moan, releasing it as a soft sigh. He puts his hand back.
"See? But you don't seem necessarily straight either. What are you?"
"A frying pan, if I put a label on it. But I don't have one, I agree they're a nuisance. And the demonstration was unnecessary"
"That makes sense. And while it may have been considered unnecessary, it was still most definitely desired."
"Tch."
"You liked it, Y/N."
*Silence*
"Exactly."
"Shut up. We're here, we'll continue that conversation later." If there is a later for you. I hop off the motorcycle, and take off the helmet and headphones, putting them and my phone in it's pouch. Keigo analyzes our surroundings.
"Y/N.. don't tell me. Is this the villains base?"
He plucks 2 feathers from his wings, and aims the feather blades at me.
"Come inside." I respond, ignoring his threat. I go to the trap door, putting in the password Shigaraki gave me. It opens and I enter, Keigo cautiously behind me.
We walk down the stairs slowly. Thankfully, Mr Compress is the first we see.
"Villain with a top hat and mask.." Keigo recited quietly, wary of Compress.
"Who's the hero, and why is he here?" Compress questioned. I can tell he's doubting my loyalty.
"He said he wants to join. I said I'll bring him to Shigaraki, and he'll either die or be accepted. I also have intel for you." Compress steps aside, but pulls me with him.
"Give me your phone."
I unlock it and hand it to him, and see him typing something in. He hands it back. I check and notice he put his contact name in, most likely expecting a full story through text. We pass and Keigo pulls me into the first empty hallway he finds. He pinned me on the wall, partially slamming me, and I hit my head back.
"Y/N. Why the hell are we casually with villains right now? Are you on their side? Was this a-"
"Hands off her. Now." A familiar voice interrupted. I don't even have to look. I know it's Dabi. Shit. Why now? I finally look to the side and see him walking slowly towards us, blue flames in each hand.
"Villain with many burn scars and blue flames.. he was the first that infiltrated UA, then kidnapped you with the villain we ran into earlier." Keigo pointed out quietly.
"I said let go of her!" Dabi yelled, about to attack Keigo, who barely dodged fast enough.
I pull Dabi back and he outs his flames.
"Why'd you stop me? Is he your boyfriend? What did I te-"
"You have Endeavor's eyes." Hawks interrupts. Dabi's attention turns back to Hawks and I can tell he was more pissed.
"Wrong time, Keigo-San." I sighed.
"Oh, I recognize you now. The number 3 hero." Dabi tries to walk over to him, but I'm still holding him back.
"Dabi, where's Shigaraki?"
"Tch. Why do you w-"
"Dabi. Get Shigaraki, or take us to him. Now."
He drops his tone,
"You may give orders here, but we both know who's in charge in the end." He walked off. I shift and look to the side, trying to ignore what he said. Keigo overheard and put the pieces together.
"He's the one who-" he doesn't even finish his sentence before he dashed after Dabi. I barely grab his hand and pull him back.
"I figured you wouldn't let me." He rolled his eyes. "I wasn't sure of the full story, I just know Aizawa said somethings happened while you were captive, and I saw the marks, putting 2 and 2 together, figuring out what happened. I see who did it, yet you stopped me. Why? In fact, explain all of this, now Y/N."
"Now's not the time, but if you trust me, I promise I'll tell you later. If you think about it, I've protected you and kept you alive, so I must be on your side, right?" Wrong. Not on his side, but I have taken a liking to him. Also it's more than troublesome if he dies on me.
He looks at me, then nods. I text Compress the story that I couldn't get him off my tail, and will make him believe I'm a double agent. I also add in that he's too risky to kill, so he has to live. He texts me he'll take my word for it and is sending the story to Shigaraki. Not long after, Dabi returns with Shigaraki.
"I've heard you have brought in a recruit, Y/N?" He asked through his hand mask.
"Yes and I had intel I wanted to share with you, but I can't trust Dabi alone with him while I do, so please keep an eye on him while I tell Dabi instead? Make sure he doesn't attempt any form of quirk activation, but keep him alive as well."
Shigaraki hesitates, remembers the story Compress told him, and nods. He puts his gloved hand on Keigo's shoulder.
"I'll take good care of your friend. You go ahead."
I look back at Hawks and give him one last nod before walking off with Dabi. He looks like he's trying to stay contained. When were out of eyesight and earshot Dabi finally speaks up.
"What is he doing here Y/N? One of the top heroes has no business in our base. Or holding you like that.."
"Like you said, he's a top hero. Meaning I can't kill him so easily and get away with it. If you want me to stay undercover, he lives." I say, as he opens the door of the room, and locks it behind us.
"If only you didn't make such a good point" he sighed. Then he noticed, he noticed exactly what Hitoshi hoped he would. The fresher hickey. He stared at it for a while, as if analyzing.
"Y/N. That's not mines."
"No shit." He pinned me on the wall.
"Is it, his?"
"No, no it's not."
"Then who?"
"A person."
"The purple hair boy that lives with the pros because of something about his quirk?"
Pause.
"No."
"I know you too well for you to think you can attempt to lie to my face. I'm going to kill the kid." He let go of me, about to walk off.
"He'd be useful on our side."
"He's even better dead."
"Try to kill him or Hawks and watch what happens, Dabi."
He turns back to me, and walks over.
"Is that a threat, Y/N?"
"No, it's a dare."
I pushed past him and walk out. I don't have time for his games right now, but I want to check on Keigo. I've decided I'll have Mr Compress keep Dabi in check and stay with Hawks, and talk to Shigaraki myself. I text compress to go to Shigaraki and wait for me, and he sends a thumbs up.
I see Hawks and Shigaraki in the same position I left them, meaning nothing happened. Compress was now a part of the party, and Dabi followed storming behind me. Compress sees him, and I gestures that he traps Dabi in his marble, he nods, and does it. Dabi hadn't noticed the signal, so there was no way to avoid it, but Hawks and Shigaraki did.
"Shiggy, I've decided he's being too irritating to handle right now, so let's talk."
Shigaraki laughed at the fact that Dabi got compressed. Hawks watched as I walk away with the hand villain, who he knew was the leader, casually. Compress kept him occupied enough though, he is an entertainer after all.
"I got to see him, Shiggy."
"Your father?"
"Yes. The hero I'm currently with had earlier escorted me to him. It's very restricted where he is."
"I see."
I give Shigaraki a quick rundown of the inside, and inform him that he's being kept on level B10, very securely, 500 meters below sea level.
"Oh, did I mention to you, that his birth quirk, Fire breath, isn't the only quirk Hisashi holds? He has various others that were given to him by all for one. He had some at the point you were born. You could've inherited the strength of multiple into your pyrokinesis, similarly to a flame version of one for all, or possibly have other quirks you haven't noticed, that you either assumed where a part of your birth quirk, or just didn't pay attention to. It can be both as well. I suggest you test that next time you're in the field. AFO told me to pass the knowledge on to you. Do you think you'll be here long enough to speak to him? It's currently 2:43am."
"I will finish all I have to report and then we'll see. I definitely want to look into the possibility of having more than one quirk."
I finish telling him about how the facility operates, and where I'm currently residing, as well as the code 2893.
"I have to warn you guys, if you don't have another solid base, you should acquire one. The heroes are on the lookout for your team. Including EraserHead and Present Mic. I ask that if you encounter them and can keep them alive, you do."
"You have a lot of people you want to live, huh?"
"Just because I'm now a villain doesn't mean I've gone stone cold on those who haven't turned their back on me. Why would I turn my back to them?"
"You're a special type of person, you know?" I shrug.
"Did Hisashi teach you any Spanish during the 8 years he was with you?"
"He indeed did, but I'm not nearly as fluent as I know you are. I can understand more than I can speak myself."
"Oh, I see."
It's only 2:52, so I tell him I have some time to spare, as I'll probably be home by 4am.
He takes me to a dark room, lit by only a a staticky television. The static turns into a voice.
"Nice to finally speak to you, child of Midoriya Hisashi."
"Hello, All for One. I've heard a lot about you, from both the villains' side, and the heroes'. I only caught a glimpse of you that day you gave All Might the grave injury, but I'm sure you had full sight of me. You didn't kill me on purpose, I'd assume?"
"You're as sharp as they say you are. That is correct. I wanted to make sure you and Shigaraki met, under any circumstance."
"I see. Care to inform me more on this possibility of being multi-quirked?"
"So Tomura did tell you. Great. I spoke with The Doctor before and he said that you 100% have either enhanced fire potential, 100% multiple quirks or simply both. He said he'd have to check you out in person to tell. So whenever you are ready, I'll have Tomura take you to him, meanwhile you experiment yourself. He said your father's multiple quirks, is also most likely why Izuku was born quirkless. Well either that.. or you absorbed his quirk with one of yours, making it now in your possession. But if that is the case, don't pity, he has one for all, which doesn't mix well with a birth quirk, believe it or not. It's 2:59, so we'll speak again when we can, Midoriya."
He dismissed me and Shigaraki walks me back to Hawks.
"You can release Dabi, after I've left, Mr Compress." He nods and sees that Shigaraki and I are together and fine, meaning I didn't betray them. I take Keigo, say my goodbyes and leave. I set up the motorcycle, and he got behind me. He stayed close, but he was quiet, like he was in his headspace. I sped off, which seemed to snap him out of it.
"Problem child, slow down, you'll kill us both." I listen, easing on the speed.
"Are you ready to tell me what that was all about, or you rather wait until we're home and secured?"
"Home. Duh" he moves closer, which I didn't think was possible.
"Then you better be prepared to explain immediately."
"You're going to make me crash, with the lack of breathing room."
"If we crash, we crash. I can always fly us off and trash the bike."
He has a good point.
We reach upstairs, and it's 3:42am. I made it in time. I take off my gadgets to get comfortable, knowing I can't go in the room and change and come back out without waking up Hito. Hawks goes in his room, and returns in the boxers from before but with an actual T-shirt this time. But it's still not covering enough, and I am yet again to find myself looking down. I silently watch as he relighted the joint for earlier, then sits back on the couch.
"I thought you don't smoke around people on purpose?"
"I thought you knew where my eyes were?"
Silence.
"Kidding. I usually don't, but 1: I've already done it in front of you and 2: after what you just put me through I need a good hit."
I sigh and sit on the couch, next to him, but turned towards him. He puffs,
"Ready to explain, or would you rather continue our conversation from earlier first?"
"Earlier.."
"When we arrived, Y/N."
"Oh, you are referring to moments before you threatened my life."
"I'll do it again, depending on what you tell me you were trying to accomplish."
"I'm a double agent. Obviously not officially, but yes. The villains did recruit me and all of that. Except my answer was 'If you let me stay in the hero society, I'll join, otherwise I'll continue to fight against you' and they figured it was a fair enough gamble. Is that what you wanted to hear?"
"It appeared as something like that was going on. Why do you have such command over the villains there though?"
"I'm technically the co leader, meaning right under Shigaraki's order. Yet, I still don't know his real name."
"Im joining you. And making you an official double agent. You can sleep in today, because you're not going to school. I'm going to get you certified instead. I'll tell Aizawa, not ask. I already know he'll say no, and he left you under my care so up to me, right?"
"But-"
"But nothing. And I don't trust you to sleep with Shinso anymore, since if I wasn't up, you would've gotten away with sneaking out, unless I caught you when you returned. You're going to be under more surveillance. Your choice on whether you're sleeping in my room, or in a secured room."
"Is it necessary?"
"Very."
"Well then, obviously the latter."
"I figured. Will your villain boyfriend be upset about that as well?"
"Villain boyfriend- Dabi isn't my boyfriend. Or any type of lover. Just an old friend from childhood, and current teammate."
"Good."
"Good?"
"Yes. I was hoping you weren't together."
"Why is that?"
"It'd be concerning to know you're with someone like him."
"You're so nice. 'Someone like him'."
"I know right? They call me a sweet baby bird."
"They lied."
"So did you."
"Ugh." I get up, assuming the important conversation is done, but he pulls me back down.
"What is it?"
"Do you take a special interest in me? And by special I mean, be with me type of special."
"...what?" My cheeks heated. Do I have a special interest in him? I haven't even noticed-
"Answer." He softly demands, taking another hit.
"I think so. Why?"
"You already are aware we cannot be together, yes?"
I nodded.
"But I believe I accidentally gave it away when I overreacted and loosened my grip while flying. I hold you unnecessarily closer to me because,"
Pause. Inhale. Puff.
"I don't want to let you go."
"What exactly do you mean by that?"
"I don't want to let such opportunity get away because of a bunch of stupid hero rules. And I do apologize I couldn't tell you that soberly, I didn't have the guts. When you called me a fuckboy, I would've usually taken it as a joke, and teased back. But it triggered something and that something made me realize, you grew on me quickly. Way too quickly. I didn't want you to think of me negatively, or be genuinely bothersome, which is very new for me. With that said, I do look forward to working and living with you from now on, Y/N."
