A L E X I S.

We walked as a group to the bar section, the tall, slender bartender gave us all a warm smile. "It must be my lucky day, I have famous people in front of me. The hottest bachelors of the city and the famous model." He commented, showing off his oddly brown teeth.

I feel so out of place here.

"What would you like ladies?" Kyle asked.

He has been weirdly quiet tonight. He didn't even talk to me, maybe the last incident made him feel bad.

"Shots!" Penelope chirped.

"You heard the lady, shots for everyone!" Kyle informed the bartender. He arranged the little glasses in a vertical line and filled all of it with tequila.

We all grabbed our glasses . "Cheers!" We all exclaimed, clinking our glass together before gulping it down and hitting the empty glass on the ceramic counter.

"Another round!" Penelope yelled with pure excitement.

The bartender did as he was told and filled up the glasses one more time, "Cheers!" We all screamed again clinking our glasses before gulping the content down in one go.

My tongue was burning, but my body screamed for more. I gave Penelope a look and she smiled.

"You guys up for another round?" Penelope smirked at the guys.

"I don't think they can handle it, look at how they look." I teased the guys with a smirk of my own.

"Are you ladies trying to challenge us?" Brian snorted.

"You girls are going to lose." Kyle backed up Brian.

"Yeah, you guys carry on, I'm going to the dancefloor. Hopefully, I won't go back alone tonight." Ashton said and gracefully walked out on us.

"One down, two to go!" I smirked.

"Let's do this now that we're an even number. How about Penelope have the competition with Kyle and I with you." Brian explained to us and we nodded.

"Penelope and Kyle. Brian and Mackenzie." He called out.

I wanted Kyle.

Where did that come from? The alcohol is already working.

"Sure." I agreed immediately to cover my disappointment.

"Okay then." Kyle smiled and Penelope nodded.

"Fill us up bartender!" Brian screamed and the bartender filled up the glasses and we all gulped it down in one go.

We did more shots and I think my head started feeling funny. My vision got blurry, I shook my head trying to get my vision clear but to no avail. I raised my glass in defeat and Penelope raised hers as well. I sat down trying to collect all my thoughts but it felt like my eyes were turning inside out.

We sat in silence for awhile but I heard a rather familiar song blasting through the speakers. My eyes shot open and my lips curl into a smile  when I recognized the song to be Rihanna; Work. I abruptly got up from my seat but I regretted it when it felt like the room was spinning.

"Let's go to the dancefloor guys!" I said, slurring a bit. Penelope looked tipsy as hell, Brian looked like he was at his breaking point and Kyle looked like he passed his alcohol limit and was very drunk but not me though, I am fine, I don't feel anything.

"Y-yes...dancing!" Penelope stammered, as she got up from her seat she stumbled but Brian held her from falling.

"You're in no shape to dance." Brian discouraged but she pulled her body from his.
