Hi, my beauties, I stopped by after receiving an email saying people were still reading this... crazy here's a chapter I never published. Damn, this is crazy I haven't come back here in years lmao.
Dear Lily,
You have been invited to have a summer of fun away from that giraffe of a sister you have. Also, before I break the bad news to you, you're already coming because I will NOT be suffering alone! Next week pack your bags and be ready for two weeks of fun, two of my brothers and I have been invited by James to stay at the Potters' Lake House. James said I could invite some friends too because he didn't want me to be the only girl there. So you're coming too, it's going to be fun, and it's going to be the best Summer ever! Now before you ask no, I do not know the full guest, but we have to share a room. Which is why I'm only inviting you. I'm so excited and you should be too! See you Monday at 8 hopefully, you have nothing against the Knight Bus.
With love,
Marl
I folded up the letter and sent it on its way, get ready Lil this will be the best summer ever!
*Time Skip: Monday 08:00 sharp in front of Lily's house*
"Really McKinnon? You're dragging me along to this," Lily looked adorable scolding me when she was dressed in her summer dress standing with her travel trunk in her driveway.
"You wouldn't let your best friend suffer alone would you?!" I attempt a mild guilt trip.
"Let's just go I'll lecture you once I know the damage this week will cause,"
"Come on Lilith lighten up we're getting out of our houses and we're hanging out with friends, that's more than most kids our age get to do!"
"I'd hardly call Potter a friend,"
"Yea, yea, yea, yada, yada, Potter hate, and so on. Now get on the damn bus," I crossed my arms giving her a look that she understood too well, as she grabbed her trunk and pulled it along to get on the knight bus.
*A not so short, but wild bus ride later*
"Please, do NOT throw up or I will too!"
"I'm not going to puke, Mars, I'm just trying to figure out how you wizards come up with the most insane dangerous forms of travel," Lily held her hands over her heart trying to steady it as we waited for our bags to be taken off.
"Here you are Ladies, it's been a pleasure helping you," grinned the creepy conductor. Lily gave him her scary mum look and grabbed our bags.
"We'll be safer the closer we are to your brothers," She mumbles to me as she hands me my trunk.
"Agreed," We quickly dragged our bags toward the sidewalk that led to the Potters' Beach house. Once we got to the front door Lily shot a look over her shoulder because she was still worried about the guy from the bus.
"Lil, how 'bout we just open the door and yell for the boys and we'll be fine,"
"We're fine right now, they left already,"
"Perfect," I smiled and knocked on the door. Lily's head snapped towards the door when through it came multiple sets of muffled footsteps.
"Who is it?" shouted a voice from inside.
"Uuh... MERLIN" I yelled back. The door opened almost immediately after revealing the grinning face of Matthew, one of my brothers.
"Hey, Little sis, Miss Evans. How was your trip?"
"Shove off, Matty, let us in." Matthew laughed but stepped out of the way and let Lil and I drag our stuff in.
"MARLY! Finally, you made it," cheered James as he turned to see us then I watched as he saw I invited Lily and he forgot I existed, geez what a friend, "Oh, hello gorgeous."
