1: The scars left behind

Huening Kai POV:

"SOOBINIE HYUNG!"

"SOOBINNIE HYUNG! NO! DON'T LEAVE US WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!"

"YAH CHOI SOOBIN! YOU BETTER TELL US WHAT THE HELL YOU'RE UP TO PABO YAH!"

"YAH CHOI SOOBIN! I HATE YOU! WHEN YOU COME BACK, I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD I WILL END YOU! THAT IS A PROMISE!"

All we could do was shout, calling for him over and over again. I could only stand there, on top of the heli pad and stare in disbelief as the helicopter that Soobin hyung and the enemy got on flew off,getting smaller, and smaller in sight.

Until it was no longer seen.

He left us. Without even a single goodbye,

without explaining to us why he left,

he didn't say anything, he just kept it all to himself... And now he's gone.

TXT's leader Choi Soobin.. is now gone.

(2 weeks after the incident)

The world seemed dull now. It was like a part of all of us went missing, Everything was silent. Not even a single sound of chatter was heard in the dormitory. Everyone had been very busy lately due to the incident. Not only was the leader of TXT gone, but the league was now going crazy over the fact that the enemy has returned, with a new identity.
The Masked Man.
Whoever he was, we needed to find him, and we needed to find out what's his goal and mission. But it became hard for us to do so.We were still heartbroken, it's like the feeling of losing a loved partner, the scar that they leave behind is always a big one. We lost our motivation to do missions, we lost our confidence to kill people, we were just.. lost. I lied down on my bed, staring onto the blank ceiling, just.. confused. I didn't have any work to do so instead of being productive and helpful to the league, my numb body decided to lie down on my bed, questioning everything that has been going on these past few weeks, also thinking about.. why Soobin hyung left us.

Why did Soobin hyung do this?

Why did he follow the enemy? Was he not a real member of TXT in the first place? Was he just spying on us and planned on backstabbing us right from the start?

I groaned annoyed over the thoughts that were getting into my head. Why do i keep making such foolish assumptions? they're probably not even true. I know Soobin hyung. he wouldn't just back stab us like this without a reason.. right? I flipped over from my current positioning, now lying down on my side. I looked to my side, noticing one of my plushies laid right next to me..

It wasn't just any plushie.. it was the penguin plushie that Soobin hyung used to hug all the time.. The one that i let him borrow when i was going to stay in the hideout during our search for Min Hwa's base.. I grabbed onto the soft penguin doll, caressing it's soft fabric, remembering how much Soobin hyung liked to cuddle the plush when i was too busy to hug him.. I looked at the doll, all o f a sudden, my eyes felt hot and watery, tears flowed down to my cheeks, making my vision blurry. I have already cried for far too many days already.. but during that moment, i didn't want to hold it in.

I heavily sobbed, letting my tears rome down my cheeks and onto my matress, making it wet, but i could care less of it. I just missed my hyung. "Hyung... why? Why would you leave us? Why would you leave m-me?" I choked on my questions as the tears kept flowing way more, i hugged the penguin plushie with all my might, unable to hold the pain my heart was aching.

All of a sudden, the door to my bedroom bursted open, i looked up with my puffy eyes, seeing Yeonjun hyung and Beomgyu hyung looking at me with a concerned look. I didn't care over the fact that they had to see me like this.. pathetic and numb.. i didn't want to care,so i kept on crying. The two of them ran up to me and gave me a big hug. i held both of them closer, feelin the warmth of the two near me, it calms me down a lot.
