I open my eyes that are crusted with the dry blood from yesterdays beating from my egg donor of a mother. I then feel a searing pain run through my body almost making me pass out again, and the hard floor wasn't helping either. I carefully adjust myself to a sitting position with as little movement as I could and stand on my too thin overly shaky legs. Making my way to the bathroom to shower, I wash the blood off my body delicately careful not to hurt any of my bruises and hiss at the water and soap that get into my fresh cuts. I get out of the shower and get ready to head over to UA or should I say my second hell. I cover my bruises with some foundation I bought with what little money I had that my mom hadn't found and used at her leisure. Then treat and cover my cuts properly. I start to limp up the stairs out of the basement but not before I hear the yell of my "mother". She yells "Get over here you ungrateful little brat!!!!!" I sigh, in all honesty I'm fed up with her shit. Of her thinking she's better than me, well news flash!!!!! She's not. Even if I'm quirkless that doesn't give her the right or anyone for the matter to treat me as a piece of trash. As I make my way upstairs I head to where I know she is on the living room couch. I make my face as dead and expressionless as possible before walking in the living room, not to give her the satisfaction of crying out or a hint of emotion for what's to come. She looks at me and smiles. Not in a sweet kind loving sort of way, but one that promised pain and suffering on my end pure evil. I low-key wonder where the hell the devil horns and tail are at. Before I can wonder any farther she said something that made my blood run cold and my heart still in my chest. I'm selling you for the highest bidder on the black market......................
