ANDRÉA WAS stupid for thinking that she could return to her dorm and relax after the chaos. Since she'd been the one to hand the Butterbeer to James Potter, she was a number one suspect.

It didn't help matters that the mess had been cleaned immediately and Slughorn could not give James any antidote without knowing what poison he'd been given.

Currently, Andréa, Sirius, and several other people were in Dumbledore's office, still in their party outfits. They were all being questioned by Dumbledore about where they'd been during the incident and their relationship with James Potter.

"Miss Rivera, you say you handed Mister Potter the Butterbeer?" Dumbledore asked Andréa seriously. She could feel the accusing eyes of the others on her.

"Yes," she nodded. "But I swear, I had nothing to do with it. I picked up the closest Butterbeer and gave it to him, I had no idea it was spiked!"

"Now now," Dumbledore hummed. "No one is going to jump to conclusions here without solid evidence."

The door suddenly swung open and Micaela got dragged inside alongside Severus Snape by Professor McGonagall. Sirius immediately scowled upon seeing the two.

"Pray tell, how come they here, Professor McGonagall?" Dumbledore asked curiously. McGonagall sighed.

"Miss Irena and Mister Black were arguing right after the incident, and her alibi isn't adding up."

"Huh? Are you saying Micaela did it?" Andréa stood up. "Why would-"

"I am not accusing your friend of anything, Miss Rivera. But I think anyone near the incident and at the ball need to be questioned," McGonagall told her calmly. "Anyways, Micaela, repeat your story to Dumbledore."
