Third's Person POV

After Rika leaves to secure the scroll. Maruko and Haru decided to chill under the tree. Maruko is watching Haru wiping his burnt face while he keep on complaining about his torn jacket.

"Damn... My mother's gonna kill me." Haru complains.

"It's your fault for being a pervert." Maruko said while watching the cloud.

Haru's face turn red as he stay shut and look at Maruko's frowning face. He silently smiled as he knows that Maruko is concerned about Rika.

"She's gonna be okay. She's strong." Haru reassured Maruko. But Maruko's frowning face didn't leave.

"She still can't control her power."

Haru turn his head to the blonde boy while patting his clothes from the burnt ashes. After that he walk and sit beside Maruko.

"Should we just follow her and watch her from afar." Haru said and his eyes turn into stars until Maruko twitch his eyes and looking him with digust.

"Dude you're 12 years old but your mind is- ew" Maruko scoffed with a disgusted look.

"Tch you should watch 1 video and the next thing you know you're addic-" Haru suddenly tenses as he hears something is coming their way, he then stands up and signaling Maruko to prepare himself. Maruko gets the code and stands up too.

It took them awhile until they hear a sound of bushes, and saw a platinum hair with a bright pink eyes. It was Rika.

"Hey guys, did i shocked both of you...?" Rika asked while scratching her head.

Maruko and Haru sighs in relief. Haru then pat Maruko in the head so hard until the blonde boy grows a lump.

"See? I told you she'll be fine, she's strong after all, and it's not like she went to the other side of the world, so no need to worry." Haru said with a big grin.

Maruko stroked his lump with teary and angry eyes.

"I-I WASN'T CONCERNING HER!" Maruko shouted with his fangs coming out.

Maruko and Haru were having a quarrel meanwhile Rika was just standing there smiling sweetly. But then they stopped while watching the calm Rika. Right after that Rika was a bit shock and ask them.

"W-what's wrong?" Rika painted a panic smile. Both Maruko and Haru started to glance their eyes together for a while then started to watch Rika again, inspecting her from head to toe.

'Something's wrong with this Rika.' Maruko thought.

Maruko then remembers about their plan and started thinking about tricky questions he should ask. But then he started spacing out while his face went blank meanwhile nothing comes to his mind.

'That idiot! He can't even hide his stupid expression.' Haru thought.

"What's wrong Maruko? Why is your face..."

"Hey! Who are you?!" Maruko cut her line while pointing at her with a straight face.

Haru then sighs with his eyes closed and little veins start to comes out of his head due to frustration thanks to his friend's idiotic nature.

"What are you talking about? it's me your teammate." Rika frowned looking at Maruko. Maruko then get silent as he and Rika started to have a staring contest. But then Rika start to pout with a little sparkly eyes.

"So you don't believe your own teammate now?" Rika said with a flirt behind her voice. A goosebump hits Haru while a dusty pink tints on his cheeks.
