Valt's Pov

"Dear Beyblade fans, this is the battle you have waiting for! The Legend of the Legends, Valt Aoi! Versus the Lord of Destruction, Phi!" said Señor Hanami. Phi stared at me with a smirk, he then said:"Valt Aoi, I waited a long time to battle you.", I smiled and said excited:"Well, here we are know.". He then showed me his new Bey and announced:"Witness the destruction of Turbo Valtryek by the hands of Perfect Phoenix!", I looked closer at Phoenix, he looked like Revive Phoenix but he had the amour of Dread Phoenix. He had a red and gold color scheme, I looked schocked at Phi.

I then closed my eyes and opened them again, I looked down on Valtryek and said:"We're gonna win this thing Partner.", the referee then said:"Okay. Ready, set!","3,2,1, let it rip!" me and Phi said. Phoenix took the center and Valtryek was spinning in circles around him. I said:"Now Valtryek! Turbo Rush Launch!", Valtryek clashed with Phoenix multiple times, then his amour came off. It flew in the air and Phi said:"Phoenix! Perfect Destruction!", the amour came down and rammed Valtryek, then flew to the stadium wall and rammed Valtryek again. The amour kept doing that, I said:"Valtryek! Get out there!", but it was to late. Valtryek lost almost all of his spin, then Phoenix rammed Valtryek, I heard something cracking and he flew in the air and bursted. Valtryek's parts landed before my feet, I picked them up and gasped as I noticed a big crack in Valtryek's layer. I had mixed emotions, I was sad because Valtryek almost broke but also angry at Phi. I had no choice, so I gave up.

I ran down the hallway untill I found a bench, I sat down and I was crying. A familiar voice said:"Valt.", I looked up and saw Lui. I asked:"Oh Lui, what do you want?", he sat down next to me and said:"Don't cry.", he put his right hand on my cheek and wiped carefully the tear away from my cheek. My eyes widened as I stared at him. I asked Lui:"Why?","Why what?" he asked back. I explained:"Well, you never were so friendly to me.", I looked away. Lui then turned my head to his direction and said:"Listen, I know I'm not the nicest person, but I would never do something like that. At least not on purpose.", I noticed a slight blush on his cheeks, he then asked:"Hey, do you want to come over for a sleepover? Maybe I can cheer you up.", he just invited to a sleepover, my eyes widened again and I answered:"Oh yeah, sure.", Lui stood up and said:"Okay, I will pick you up tomorrow.", he then left.

I looked back at Valtryek, Rantaro and Cuza came to me. Cuza said:"Oh Valtryek looks bad, but hey, it could be worse.","Man, what is Phi's problem?" Rantaro asked angry. Cuza sat down at the same place Lui did and said:"Hey, don't worry. Valtryek will be fixed.", I smiled slightly and said:"Yeah you're right.", we went back to BC Sol.

I knocked at the door of Christina's office, she said:"Please come in.", I entered her office. Christina said worried:"Oh hi Valt, I'm so sorry for what happend. Silas told me what happend.","Thank you. Listen, since Raul won't be back from his trip to America for the next six months I would like to go back to Japan to get Valtryek fixed by Aiga's father. He was the one who helped me to create Turbo Valtryek." I said. Christina was thinking for a couple of minutes and said:"I think it will be okay. There will be no tournament any time soon, I decided to give the team a break anyway.","Oh thank you!" I said excited and hugged Christina. She then said:"It's okay, now go and pack your things.", I left her office and walked to my room and packed everything I would need. Then it was time for dinner, after that I took a shower and went to bed.

~The next day~

The sound of my alarm clock woke me up. I stood up and got dressed, after that went to the bathroom made my hair. After I finished breakfast I played the referee for a fun battle between Cuza and Shasa. Then Lui showed up, he said:"Here you are.","Oh hey Lui, I'm ready. I just have to get my stuff from my room." I said and so we went to my room while everyone were staring at us, I noticed that Free was staring at me aswell. He wasn't happy about that since he had a crush on me and Lui's kindness got him suspicious, I knew that because I heard how he talked about that with Christina yesterday. After I got my bag we went outside and made our way to the next bus station, from there the bus drove to the airport.
