Mika has been planning this trip forever. Finally, she can go through with it with everything opening up. Because of the pandemic she was stuck at home. But now she can finally see her friends back in LA. The people she is most excited to see is Meghan and Shelby. Before she left, her, Shelby and Meghan started to come closer and formed 'The Unholy Trinity' But she left to spend more time with her father. Then Covid hit. She couldn't leave to anywhere, meaning she can't visit them. They are still friends, but they don't really talk anymore.
Because it's been a while, she decided to make not tell Meghan and Shelby about her coming back and surprise them. She packs her bag and leaves early Tuesday morning. When she knows that Joey is awake, she calls him.
Mika
Joey
"Hey Joey!"
"Sup"
"I have news to tell you"
"Oh no I don't like that tone."
*Sighs* "You have to promise to not tell anyone."
"You have a crush on Meghan, and you are coming to break Claire and her apart?"
"What NO! I do not have a crush on Meghan! Where did you get that idea from?"
"Sorry Kollok and The Unleashed are getting into my head. You just ship your characters too much."
"It's only been 2 times?"
"....."
"Anyway, you were right about one part."
"You're coming back?"
"Yes! I am! But you can't tell Meghan or Shelby."
"Aw you're going to surprise them?"
"Yes, and I need your help"
"Sure, whatcha need?"
"Well, my plan is to hide in a box. But not get in until we get to the apartment. Then you help me inside."
"Sounds simple enough!"
"Great! And also, one more favor."
"What is that?"
"Can I stay at your when I get there? Just for 1 night then I'll be out of your way!"
"Of course, you can stay here!"
"Thank you very much Joey! I'll see you then!"
"See ya! And text me where you are once in a while."
"You got it."
Mika hangs up and continues her journey. It takes her 3 days before she gets to LA. She smile and texts Joey to let him know. She gets to his house knocking on the door. The door opens to reveal Joey. "Mika!" Joey yells throwing his arms around her. "Hi Joey!" She says laughing, hugging him back. Joey let's go and escorts her inside with her bag for the night. "You excited for tomorrow?" He asks. "Very" Mika tells him.
They talk and order some fast food before both falling asleep in the living room with Pitch Perfect 3 playing. The next day they wake up at 12:30. Mika gets ready, having taken a shower the night before, and gets her box. Joey comes out ready for the day. "Do you think I should tell them that they should be expecting a package today?" Mika asks. "Yeah, it would make them stay at home. And wait." Mika nods and send the text to their group chat.
Mika: Meeks
Meghan: Burry
Shelby: Shubs
Meeks: I have a package coming for you today at 1:30!
Burry: Aw Mika you got us something?
Shubs: Oh, what did you get us?
Burry: Yeah, Spill the tea sis
Meeks: Ew never say that again
Shubs: Yeah never
Burry: Rood. Anyway, what you get us?
Meeks: Your just going to have to wait and see!
Burry: Ugh you suck
Meeks: Also, I think you should stream you opening it. I want to see your reactions
Shubs: You got it!
Mika smiles and Joey and her are off. Mika has her box in the back or the car. At about 1:25 they get there and go into the building. Mika is so excited to see her best friends after a long time. Her phone vibrates and she sees a notification of Meghan going live. She joins knowing she is supposed to. They get to the apartment and Mika climbs into the box ready for the reveal.
Meghan and Shelby go into Meghan's streaming room and starts her stream. "Hey guys I know you weren't expecting me to stream today but Mika has a package for us, and she wants us to open it on stream." Meghan explains. The chat, confused about the us because she hasn't told them about Shelby being in her stream. "Oh yeah and Shelby is joining me. Shelby comes into the shot. "Hallo!" Shortly after they are here a knock on their door. "Oh, that's the package!" Meghan says and brings her camera with her and Shelby to the door. They open it to see Joey and a very big package. "Hello everybody!" Joey says waving to the camera. The chat started to go crazy because at the exact moment Mika joined the live. "Well, this is pretty big so I will help you bring it in." Joey says. "Bring it into Meghan's stream room. Joey then pushes the box into the room. Knowing Mika is in there and he doesn't want to pick it up because he might accidentally drop her"Is it really that heavy?" Meghan asks. "Yes, it is." Joey says as the make it into the room. Meghan puts the camera in the right place, but she is stopped by Shelby. "Hey, wait Mika says to have Joey set it up first. So, we have to go outside of the room. "Okay?" Meghan says. They both walk out with the camera. Inside the room Mika climbs out of the box. "What are you doing?" Joey asks whispering. "I want to scare them from behind." She says and hides behind a curtain. Joey shakes his head and goes to get Meghan and Shelby. "Okay it's ready!" Joey says. Meghan and Shelby look at each other excited. Joey takes the camera to get there reaction. He walks in front of them and they see and empty box and nothing in the room. "What Joey? Where is it?" Meghan asks. Joey chuckles as he sees Mika walk behind them. Meghan and Shelby look at him confused. Then Mika yells scaring Meghan and Shelby. They scream and turn around to see who scared them. They see Mika who is laughing. "Mika?" Shelby asks. "Here in the flesh." Mika says smiling. Meghan runs to her and knocks her over to hug her. "MIKA!!" Meghan yells. Shelby behind her runs and jumps on top of Mika also. "Omg you're here!" Shelby yells. Mika laughs. The chat is going crazy saying stuff like "The unholy trinity is back!" and "Reunited!" and that is how Mika surprised Meghan and Shelby, reuniting the unholy trinity.
