April 24th....
Seriously what kind of day is national rape day. Making women and men feel more vulnerable then they probably already do but a day that makes sexual assault legal for 24 hours.

It's disgusting to think about that me or a friend coups get assaulted in any way on that day. You see i'm going out with friends but i'm going to be taking full precaution. Deodorant can be used as pepper spray, a metal water bottle is a blunt object and can do some damage.

Again it's horrid how some people can do this to others it fully disgusts me on how people can be so cruel and it's not only women that go through this men do aswell and even worse. CHILDREN, CHILDREN FOR FUCKS SAKE.

now here is something you may not know in prison if you inmates found out you murdered, raped or did anything to a child that put you in there you will be dehumanised, you will be seen as scum bigger than you are for thinking that what you did was okay.

Now to end this is some tips

Deodorant/ hairspray can be used as pepper spray

Even if you think it's a good idea don't put your keys between your fingers they could possibly get broken

always have someone you fully trust with you when walking in the dark or a torch.
Pretend your on the phone with your dad. pretend he is in the army or a police man people may leave you alone then.

search for some self defense tips
DO NOT become distracted, they tend to look for that

If a trusted friend isn't there with you have them in your emergency contacts along with the police.

If you are being chased you should drop to the floor as they are about it to grab you and when they fall over you kick them in the balls then as they are in pain you will be able to run.
