The water fountain, where we met, where I told you I loved you when we were only kids. I was too young, you were too young. We were innocent and didn't know any better, right? If only I knew that what I had confessed was not just some joke but a sincere feeling in my heart. Now we're older and you seem to be enjoying being the life of the party. Dragging me with you to clubs and house parties only for me to suffer while watching you play around with other girls.
That stupid water fountain, these stupid feelings. I get angry at myself for loving you. I also understand why I like you as well. It's frustrating but I can't help myself from falling. The way you laugh. The way you care so much for others. The way you play the strings of the guitar without even looking most of the time. The way your voice plays along with it. The way you make my heart beat but hurt just by smiling at me. It reminds me everyday.
It's 11:15 pm and once again, Mark dragged me to another party. I don't understand why I'm even here, he forgets I'm here with him until we have to go. College parties aren't really my thing, but I have no excuses since exams are done with. Besides Mark never takes my "no" for an answer.
"Hey you alright?" I turn to my right to see Taeyong taking a sip of his drink leaning on the couch arm.
"Yeah I'm fine just tired," I yawned.
"That's what you say all the time." Taeyong rolled his eyes. "Just remember to stay away from others and do not take any drinks from him or anyone for that matter unless it's me or Mark."
"Will do father dearest," I laugh off as Taeyong glares back at me only to break out in a laugh.
"God you may be even worse than Mark," He gets up to go refill his drink.
I just want to go home already. San takes a seat next to me and lays his head back. He puts his arm around my shoulder making me look at him with confusion.
"Hey you wanna dance, Y/n?" His words slur out of his mouth. (A/N: I'm sorry San 😔)
"I'm good San , not really much of a dancer," I brought my attention back to my phone when San gave me a cup.
"It's just soda, I know you don't drink. Unfortunately someone over there doesn't take that into consideration as much," he points at Mark flirting with the 10th girl today.
I know Taeyong said to not drink anything that other people give me but it's just soda. I'm bored anyways so might as well hang with San since Mark forgot about me again. I take a sip of the drink and there's honestly nothing wrong with it.
Suddenly the song changes and San stands up, "Cmon you sure you don't wanna dance?" I'm starting to feel a bit weird. I can't see too well, my head is kinda pounding, and I don't know if I can stand. I just decide to go dance with him anyways.
My mind knows something is wrong but my heart is to stubborn to listen. This feels so wrong.
"Now he's grabbing her hips, and pulling her in
Kissing her lips, and whispering in her ear"Mark's POV
It's 11:55, I should probably grab Y/n and take her home. Where did she go though? I was searching for her everywhere but I can't find her.
"MARK?!" I hear Taeyong call me.
"Hey have you seen Y/n?" I ask him but he seems a bit pissed.
"I was going to ask you the same thing. You were supposed to keep an eye on her. You always drag her to these things but never check on her until the very last minute when you guys leave. Go find her!" Taeyong scolds me.
