Chapter 1 || Almost weekend

Hello everyone! My name is Fay and this is the first fanfiction I'm writing. I don't know how much chapters there will be, and I think there will be a weekly update :). English is not my first language so there could be some mistakes in grammar etc, please don't judge me.. Anyways, enjoy the story!

Historia POV:

It is a sunny Friday afternoon and the last class of the day is almost over. It was still summer and the new school year just started. We have a math test coming next week and I really need to get a good grade, otherwise my mom would be really mad and I will probably get detention. This math class is so boring and I just cant concentrate. I got distracted by a bird flying outside and zoned out while looking at it for a while.

Hey Historia, you there? Earth to Historiaaa. I then felt a finger stab in my waist that made me let out a high pitched sound and turned around. What the heck, that hurts, idiot! I loudly whispered. The blonde short haired girl had a slight concerned face as she turned around. Sorry girl, but are you okay? I called your name like 4 times. She tilted her head to the side and raised an eyebrow. Yeah yeah Im alright Hitch dont worry. I said and tried to smile.

Hitch and Historia have been best friends since middle school. They are always together at school and hang out a lot. They both joined the cheerleading team at the start op highschool and Historia quickly became the captain of the club. They both became very popular, but the guys mostly approach Historia. Hitch sometimes gets a little bit jealous about that, especially because Historia always turns them down. Hitch is always wondering why Historia does that all the time. But everytime she asks, Historia says that she doesnt feel like dating or going out with someone.

Okay I was a little worried but whatever. I just wanted to say that Reiner is staring at you again. She whispered with a disgusted look on her face.

Reiner is the most popular and good looking guy at school. He is the captain of the school's football team, and almost all the girls are fangirling over him. His personality is the whole opposite of his looks. He is known as the fuck boy of the school and he was so proud of it. The guy who always sits next to him is Bertoldt. He is a more shy type, but for some reason they get along very well. The guy who also sits with Reiner is Jean. He acts just like Reiner, but he tries too hard to get the attention of girls. Most people think he is just a wannabe and he probably is.

I turned around and saw reiner winking at me with a huge grin on his face and I hated it so much. I have turned him down 4 times already, but it seems like he is so selfish that he just doesn't want to give up yet. I gave him a glance and rolled my eyes. Then I looked back to hitch and playfully rolled my eyes again and we both laughed. ''Historia and Hitch, please pay attention to the lesson it's only 5 more minutes". The teacher said, and Hitch and I let out a little sigh and decided to 'pay attention'.

''Okay class I hope you already know about the test next Tuesday, I will send you all a self test via the mail so I advise you to make it. And for the ones who havent begun studying yet, start soon. the teacher said and he looked like he wanted to say something else, but maybe he forgot it. The bell rang and the whole class rushed to pack their bags, but then the teacher yelled.

Class, wait a second I just remembered. There will be a new student who will join this class next Monday, just to let you all know. I only heard the part of the new student and turned to Hitch. Hey, wanna go study together at the library? She turned around and it looked like she was thinking. Erm, I had agreed with my mom that I will be at home by 5 so I cant stay that long. she said and rolled her eyes but smiled right after. Yeah, I actually need to be home by 5 too. Strict parents are tough huh? I joked, and Hitch laughed. We grabbed our stuff and headed to the library.
