Chapter 2:

Located on the westernmost peninsula, surrounded on three sides by ocean, and has land borders with Bosco and Seven. One of the countries on EarthLand, FIORE.

Fiore is inhabited by 17 million people. It is a state in which the current regime is a monarchy and is ruled by a King, who is the head of the government.

@Fiore's Kingdom:

"How was the member of Oracion Seis?" asked by the Head of the 4th Custody Enforcement Unit, Lahar.

"You mean that Dragon Slayer named Cobra? He's doing fine. He did change since the last time." said the kingdom's guard.

"I see." as Lahar looks at the time. "Alright. It's time for you to check them now."

The Kingdom guard nod and went to the place where they keep those mages who committed crime.

As the guard checks every floating lacrima cages in there.

"Cobra! You seem quiet today?" the guard said as he approached Cobra's lacrima cage because Cobra didn't answer him at all.

But as he went closer, he was stunned on what he saw....

Despite of the high security being implemented on that building. Being magic-proof against the mages who wanted to escape or trespass in it....

Cobra is gone...

Leaving no clues at all. His cage is still good as new. No sign of magic being used to escape or what. But the roaming guard couldn't get the idea that Cobra couldn't be just missing. It is not like someone trespassed to let him escape. What runs in his mind is that Cobra escaped. He didn't know how.

"COBRA ESCAPED!!!"

(A week after that)

@Fairy Tail:

"I'll be going now brats. Don't destroy the guild while I'm away!" Master Makarov said as he waved his hand while leaving the guild for their sudden meeting with the Kingdom of Fiore's Magic council and othe legal guilds around Magnolia.

"Take care Master" Mira waved as she smiles to their Master.

"Natsu-nii! Natsu-nii!" Romeo yelled while searching for Natsu around the guild.

"He's not yet her Romeo." Mira smiled to him.

"Ee!? Where did he go?" Romeo asked confusely.

"They went for a mission for their competition."
