screw: AGHHHH this was a disaster
donut: yeah... we barely made it through the last test *sigh* but hey now we can relax more we got nothing to do now *she says happily*
*both donut and screw have a bad time at test thanks to the countless classes they spend at the hallway and for the lack of control over magic that screw has and well the lack of magic of donut as well*
screw: hm true but what can we even do at this place there isn't much to do here
donut:well there is "something" but we will need to ask for permission first
screw: that being?
donut:the city!
*screws face lights up with excitment since he never has seen it with his own eyes and wags his tail*
donut: hehe someone is excited huh?
screw:*while holding his tail*shut up... , well anyways what are we waiting for lets go ask!
*after asking if they can go out for the holidays after the exams and with a lot of begging they were let to go to the city for only 1 day, the event that was being held lasts a week but donut decided to go for the last day since it was the most exciting one
donut really loved the event but she never was able to participate on it thanks to her age but now that is another story
once they get the gates of the city screw's mouth is wide open he couldn't believe he was finally visiting the big city and it just got better as he walked through the streets
sewing every shop,house,tavern,inns
there was everything and a lot more!
he wanted to go and look at everything but donut insisted that she should guide him on the place since she was afraid he could get lost and since they only had one day to be there they had to plan their day out*
donut: well since we got here pretty early how about we go and get something to eat?*as she points to a very luxurious store* steaming mugs! it was my favourite place to eat breakfast when i was younger
so how abo- *as she turns to look at screw she realizes he is gone actually he si already at the store waiting for her at the entrance*
donut:dude what did i say about running off!? i dont want u getting lost in this place
screw: sorry sorry but hey come on lets get inside *as he grabs donut by the arm and pulls her in
waitress: a table for two i suppose right?
donut: ah yes please
*as they follow the waitress to the table they were give next to the window of the street they sit down and are left alone to check the menu*
donut: so tell me what will u have? coffee or tea?
screw: ah coffee i guess
donut: ou a good drinker i see *she says as she smiles*
screw: not really i just always saw my dad drink it so it just seems logical for me to try it
donut: alright mister but im telling you coffee is something you develope the taste for it
*he takes a sip and inmediatly regrets asking for coffee*
screw: DUDE WTF this is so bitter
donut: i told u *she says as she giggles with her tea*
come on drink it up young man
screw: hey im older than you shut up
*as time passes they finish their breakfast and head out to the street again with donut dragging screw everywhere holding his hand so he doesnt goes anywhere and gets lost
donut ends up taking him to the central square where in the middle of it there is a big round fountain with different levels for the water to fall down with lots of coins in the bottom it seems this is a wishing fountain for the people here, the big square covers up a lot of free space for people and vehicles to cross it but right not its being all decorated with people talking in it and playing around it*
donut: ah i guess we didnt made it before the snacks they are gone i forgot thry left yesterday
screw: what do u mean?
donut: a well u see there is a festival going on and it lasts a week today we are at the last day the first 3 days are for gifts shopping and preparing for the event while the next 3 days are for buying and eatting with people
screw: then why didnt we go neither of those days?
donut: cause today is the main event! every year we do this festival and the last day is the most important one it is when the people of the city gather up and dance all together tho only adults are allowed
screw: why is that?
donut: do u really want to have to keep an eye out on a little kid that could be lost so easily with this crowd?
screw: ah i see
donut. besides there are drinks too and such so we will have lots of fun!
