When Marlene moved in with her friends Jess and Clara she was happy. She had her own room. Her clothes were nicely hung up in her new closet she even had new shoes since she didn't have any before.
Jess and Clara made sure she at least had things she was never allowed to get before. And because of this Marlene was extremely happy. She felt free, much more free than before when she lived with her ex ash.
Clara knocks on her door.
Marlene: come in!
She enters
Clara: you off today?
Marlene: yea why?
Clara: deadass we should go on a hike.
Marlene: you think so?
Clara: hell yes, it's freaking nice outside girl.
Marlene: alright bet.
They both get ready and they travel to the mountains north of the town. When they arrived they parked in the destination parking lot and began walking the trail.
Clara: I told you it's nice.
Marlene: without a doubt! It's beautiful out here!
Clara: so, what did ash say when you left?
Marlene: nothing.
Clara: nothing?
Marlene: I left when he fell asleep
Clara: damn girl! Your a savage. Left without a word that's fucking nice!
Marlene smiles.
Clara: that boy you were with when we picked you up who was he?
Marlene: that's evlan.
Clara: oh!!! Girl he's like cute! Are you two together?
Marlene: i.. I dunno. We made out and kissed but. I'm not sure.
Clara: wait. Your telling me you cheated on ash with him?
Marlene nods.
Clara: damnnnn girl. Shit I would to!
Marlene and Clara giggle.
Clara: im glad you finally got out of there I was starting to get worried.
Marlene: honestly same.
Clara: I have a weird question though.
Marlene: yeah?
Clara: does evlan ever go outside during the day?
Marlene: no, he never does.
Clara: isn't thay weird?
Marlene: kind of. But at the same time no.
Clara: why say that?
Marlene: his family is always inside also.
Clara: ahh makes sense. Maybe his family Is strict.
Marlene: hmm maybe.
Clara: I mean it makes sense right?
Marlene nods.
Clara: either that or they just like staying indoors, i dunno.
Marlene: you and Jess wanna meet him?
Clara: hell yes!! I wanna meet him! You said he's a Westwood right?
Marlene nods.
Clara: then a definite yes!
