"Hey babs can you help me with this?"

Jeongguk tried to open the door but couldn't so Karmen jogged over and unlocked it and stared at her father,

"...because it was locked."

Jeongguk rolled his eyes but chuckled and walked over into the kitchen and threw down the bag of groceries and looked at Karmen after sighing and putting his hands on his hip, "where's Jiminie?"

Karmen nodded towards the stairs, "up with Jeong-Hoon."

"Oh, is he up?"

Karmen shrugged, "I believe so, last time I checked." Jeongguk nodded then stopped, "what about Jae-Quin?"

His eldest daughter went to reply but then shrugged again, "I honestly don't know, he's somewhere up there."

Jeongguk nodded. Karmen didn't tell him what Jae-Quin said to Jimin because Jeongguk doesn't know and maybe Jimin doesn't want Jeongguk to. And Karmen doubts her father will, but what if he gets mad at Jimin instead of his son and throws Jimin out?

Karmen doesn't want to risk that.

Her father went up the stairs and she sat back down and went back to her book and sighed.

"Hey Jiminie,"

Jimin looked up and over, "hey Gguk, I got Jeong-Hoon to sleep." Jeongguk smiled and pressed a soft kiss to Jimin's cheek after he back hugged the other.

"That's good. I hope he wakes up in a good mood." Jimin giggled, "he's actually been pretty good today. Besides one temper tantrum."

Jeongguk hummed, "that's good. He behaves for you."

"Mhm," the elder giggled and moved, causing Jeongguk to release him. "Anything else exciting happen?"

Jimin shook his head, "no, nothing much. Your daughter and I became best friends though." The younger gave him a funny look but then smiled and kissed his cheek, "that's great, I'm glad she is adjusted to you being around."

The elder nodded, not thinking too much about it. When he first was introduced to the kids Karmen never held anything against him. Instead, she quickly welcomed him in and thought of him as someone she could finally go do things with because her actual eomma never wanted too.

"Let's go make lunch, yeah?" the others voice finally snapped Jimin back to their current present and the elder nodded quickly and followed his boyfriend down the stairs and to the kitchen.

Karmen sat on the bar stool, watching her father and his boyfriend. She was bored out of her mind. She had absolutely no idea what to do, but then she thought of an idea- "hey Jiminie," this caused the other to turn around, "yes sweetheart?"

The younger smiled, "would you take me to the mall today?" Jimin thought about it for a second, he didn't really have anything to do today anyways, "of course, my schedule is open." Karmen threw her hands up in a celebratory way and then bounced out of her chair, "thank you so much Jiminie!"

The other just smiled and nodded and went back to helping his boyfriend make lunch.

"Hey... do you get along with Jae-Quin?" Of course this stopped Jimin for a second as he thought. He wants to say the truth but he also knows he is risking his relationship with Jeongguk. And Jimin doesn't want to risk that.

"Yeah," he gritted his teeth, "of course."
