Jamie was lying in bed awake, she glanced over to her clock 1:03 am flashed in red. She turned over to look directly at her boyfriend Noah,
*pssst noah* she whispered
He didn't answer her
*oh well*
She whispered to herself.
Jamie slipped out from under the covers and tip toed silently across the carpet to the door.
She opened the door feeling kidish sneaking around at night. The 20 year old made her way to the kitchen.
She picked up a Cheerios box off of the counter *hmm* she murmured as she started to pull a bowl out from the pantry.
Jamie reached up for the bowls standing on her tip toes *CRASH*
*crap* she whispered as she realized what happened.
She looked down and there was the entire box of Cherios on the floor.
Jamie must have not noticed her cat, pancake sneak into the kitchen with her.
Pancake walked around in the the Cheerios with a proud look.
*oh shoo!* she laughed.
Just as Jamie finished cleaning up she turned around, there stood Noah with his old beat up CD player. With a smirk he spoke softly *as long as we're both up...* Noah extended his hand towards Jamie and pushed the ON button on his CD player.
"Isn't she lovely" started playing.
Jamie giggled and blushed bright red
She said nothing, instead reached out and held Noah's hand.
He twirled her close to his body.
*awe he does have a heart* Jamie mocked with a laugh.
Noah just looked down at her and smiled.
She rested her head on his chest hearing his heart beat to the saxophone quietly playing.

The saxophone sounded perfect Jamie thought.
The started to slow dance with Noah twirling her occasionally.
As the song ended Noah dipped her and looked down at her beautiful face.
He smiled ever so slightly then leant in and kissed her.
*I love you* he whispered.
As he stood her up. they started to walk back to their room together.
She both got under the covers and fell asleep instantly.
But before Jamie fell a sleep she whispered *i love you*.
