Henry's P.O.V

I can't believe Monica was going to commit suicide! She's too beautiful. Yes...I've broken her heart several times but I love her still.

Alayne jumps and gets the blade before Monica puts the blade on her delicate skin.

Monica mumbles something to Alayne and Alayne nods and goes the windows and goes down the tree. Monica looks away from me but I still sit next her.

I turn her face and before she pulls back,I kiss her on her lips. Incredibly,she kissed back.

"Monica. I know you hate me and never want to get back together. But can you at least give me a second chance...or at least become friends with you so I can gain your trust?" I say hopefully across my body.

"Okay. Here's the deal. If you can gain my trust in this entire week,I'll be your girlfriend again." Monica says,now calm.

"Thank you!" I say and hug Monica. She hugs back.

"Okay,as a friend date,want to come with me to my cousins birthday today at 7? They're names are Cherry and Camille. They're both turning 11." I say hopefully.

"Okay." Monica says and opens the door.

"Now get out so I can change. It's already 5:30." She says.

I get out and she slams the door. I smirk and walk back to my room.

Monica's P.O.V

For the party,I dressed casually. I mean,it's 11 year old parties. They can't be that mature. Unless one or both of them had their period already. I shake the thought of it and go to the living while waiting for Henry.

I hear footsteps,who I assume was Henry. I stand up to see Henry and he is wearing a green button down shirt,with black skinny jeans and black shoes. Also with hair gelled back. (Something like Perfect Adam from Splitting Adam)

He was also holding 2 boxes that are about the sizes of my phone. I guess Henry bought two phones for Cherry and Camille for their gift.

"Wow. I feel so underdressed. I should go change." I say and start walking to the room but Henry's hand stops me.

"No. You're outfit is perfect." He says.

He takes my hand but quickly lets go and blushes but I hold his hand tightly.

"It's okay. We might not be dating but I can survive with this." I say.

Henry smiles and leads me to the door.
