 Dear diary 

Captain took a noble's son hostage and left a ransom letter. i don'tknow what his true motivation was but we've been running out ofplaces to find treasure so he's probably looking for some extracoin. I didn't get a good look at the noble but I know he's beingkept in the room under the deck. 

may 2nd, sunset

 Dear diary

 they made me take food to our prisoner. I have to admit he wasgood looking but he gave me the cold shoulder, no surprise there itried to sneak him some more food but i got caught and had to doextra cleaning. not a fun day. 

may 3th, twilight

 i was sent to clean under the deck. the whole place! but i don'treally have a choice. Captain's orders. anyway I managed tosuccessfully sneak some good food for the prisoner.he seemedsurprised at first but he thanked me. and I will be lying if I said hisvoice wasn't the most attractive thing in the world. I introducedmyself but kirishima came down to see if I was doing my job and Ihad to leave our prisoner's side. damn that man. 

may 4th, midnight

 his name is todoroki shoto. I sneaked some food for him again. Igot caught by the ship's cook but she was nice enough to let mego, bless her heart.

 I've started giving todoroki extra food behind the captains backhopefully he won't find out. todoroki's been worming up to me. hetried to hide a smile when I walked in. he really is a nice personhope we can get to know each other more before the moneyarrives,captain gets impatient and makes him walk the plank. 

may 6th, dawn

 apparently todoroki isn't that excited about going home at somepoint. I tried to ask him why but he changed the subject. i wonderwhy.

 there was an attack on the ship. it wasn't anything to bad the crewtook care of it but I went to check on todoroki after, he seemed tobe a bit shaken. we talked as much as we could. I must say I'vebeen enjoying his company.

 I have to admit the life of a parete is no longer appealing to me. atfirst when captain suggests I join his crew I was really excited andwanted something new but this is not what I wanted. I alwayswanted to be a parete, finding treasure and going on adventuresnot mopping the deck.

 todoroki asked why I didn't fight in the attack the other day. Iwould have liked to but all that'll do is make captain furious. it alsogot me wondering what I was thinking when I accepted captainsoffer.

 I've decided the next chance I get I'm getting out of this ship. Idon't remember how long it's been since I stood on solid ground.Capital was extra harsh today. i don't know what's up withhim,really i never know what's up with him.

 captain made me do extra cleaning and had denki watch me do itbecause apparently I cleaned it wrong the first time. and accusedme of slacking of. I mean what does he expect. he never paysany of his crew and doesn't have a small drop of respect for anyof them, maybe kirishima but still. anyway I talked to todorokiagain today I told him about mom and he told me about his family.he had certain bitterness in his voice when he talked about hisfather.
