a coincidental meeting

A couple of days into school and I was getting the hang of things. Aoife and Rachel were really becoming my best friends and Liam we barely saw him. Thursday morning I got up and had my usual morning ritual, then I went downstairs and had my breakfast got my car and went to pick Aoife up since she didn't live too far from me.

"morning sexy" I said noticing Rachel walking towards us. We we're standing by the lockers just before class. "don't I need coffee before all this talk", nodding in understanding we made our eat to the canteen were we all got coffees.

"have u guys herd?" Rach asked

"Liam's brother is back"

"really?!" Aoife was practically jumping up and down her seat in excitement,

"ya he was here the first day off school but than apparently something came up, that's the reason why we haven't seen much of Liam"

At this point I was dying to know what all the fuss was, but before I could even ask the bell rang and I knew we wouldn't talk about this until lunch. Quickly running to English I bumped into Rosie who gave me a look that only I knew, it ment stay away from me or else I make ur life miserable.

"today class were going to start our projects, I'm going to put you in groups of 6 and then tell each group what there topic is"

15 minutes later I was in a group with Aoife, Liam, Jake I learnt his brother's name is but apparently he had better things to do seeing as he didn't bother to show up,Ezra and and Ruby. Our topic was on the history of our families, when I heard that my heart skipped a beat how coincidental that I want to know about my mother and now I have a project on her. Apparently all of us at least had one parent who went to this school and by looking at the photo in front of us that the teacher gave us they were all friends.

"you look just like your mum Lia" Aoife said, I could feel my eyes starting to sting I didn't want to cry here not in front off all these people and especially not in front of Rosie who kept smirking at me at the mention of my mother.

"thank you" I managed to mumble out.

"your group is part if something special, I am sure some if you know what I am talking about, you need to trust each other just like your parents trusted each other" and with that he left, looking at my group I could see all of them looking a bit uncomfortable but the weird thing was it looked like they were all hiding something.

Each in turn kept opening there mouth to say something and ending up closing it.

"well spit it out!" My irritations getting hold of me, Aoife couldn't even look me in the eyes.

"well the five of us are all connected" Liam said in a matter of fact way

"we all grew up together, like a family or a pack" he looked at me with quizzical eyes

"and?!" This was taking for ever I felt as if everything was going to change once he told me.

"weareallwerewolves" Ruby jumped in

"you are all what?" I asked trying to hold my self from laughing.

"werewolves" Aoife said, "it's true Lia, and I think you are too, I can smell your wolf"

At this point I couldn't stop my self from pure roaring with laughter, the whole class stopped and were staring at me, trying to regain my self I herd Rosie say "well they did say the sickness could be genetic"

All of a sudden I herd a growl coming from Aoife, I practically jumped up from my seat and thank God the bell signalling the end of class rang then. I quickly grabbed my things and ran out of the class I didn't have a clue were I was going just ran until I was in the woods.
