When a first year waltzes in and flirts with Kageyama, Hinata realizes his feelings for Kageyama...
Note: Hinata, Kageyama, Tsukkishima, and Yamaguchi are now second years 'cause this is an aged up fanfic
Hinata POV
Huff... puff...
I jogged down the street, waiting for Kageyama to appear and race with me. Just as I thought that, I heard Kageyama rush in front of me, yelling about how I am about to lose.
And I didn't. I definitely did not lose and flop on the ground because of my loss. Because I didn't. Really. Why are you looking at me like that?
"Ha! Another win for me!" Kageyama gloated.
"Aww..." I puffed softly.
Then I remembered.
"KAGEYAMA KAGEYAMA THE NEW FIRST YEARS ARE JOINING TODAY OH MY GOODNESS I AM SO EXCITED WE GET TO BE SENPAIS!" I screeched, lunging on top of Kageyama and holding on to him like a monkey.
"Huzzah I am so excited. Okay now will you get off?" Kageyama hissed. I knew he didn't mean it. If he actually wanted me to get off, he would have thrown me to Saturn by now. As you can see, I am not on Saturn which means he didn't mind.
"Imbeciles," Tsukkishima scoffed. Yamaguchi trailed after him and did a little wave to me.
The second years, no, third years trotted in. Ennoshita is now our new captain! Tanaka and Nishinoya scrambled over to us.
"GEEZ Kageyama I thought you couldn't get taller, but you did! And Hinata... you didn't grow at all, my man..." Tanaka inspected us.
"SHOYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Noya crowed.
"SHUT UP!!" Ennoshita yelled. His face had a strange resemblance to an angry Daichi. I hid behind Kageyama.

"Okay, you 3 come on out now..." Coach Ukai gestured.
3 first years stepped out into the open. All of them were pretty tall with the tallest was just a bit smaller than Tsukkishima.
"Dang it! No shorties! Guess its just me and you, Shoyo," Noya said with disappointment.
"Ignore Nishinoya. Please introduce yourselves and your positions," Ennoshita said firmly.
The tallest spoke first. He was tall with a messy flop of very dark brown hair. He had glasses, and his eyes were lime green.
"HELLOHELLOHELLO!!! I am Matuski Raiko but you can call me Rai!! I am super duper excited you guys were so so cool in the Nationals! I really want to be a middle blocker!" Rai said with the biggest grin on his face.
Ennoshita smiled, "Welcome to the team Rai."
Rai happily stood next to Tsukkishima.
Next was the shortest. He was just a little shorter than Yamaguchi. He had dark gray hair with grayish light brown eyes.
"Hi... I am Kawabata, Chimorin. I want to be a setter..." Kawabata said softly.
I shot an amused look at Kageyama. The message was clear in my eyes. Think he might steal the position from you?
Kageyama glared back. Of course not, boke.
"Welcome, Kawabata," Ennoshita gestured to where Rai was, "Stand next to Rai, please."
Kawabata made his way to Rai and stood there, looking a bit nervous.
Then there was Yatashun.
He had brown hair, similar to the Grand King's hair color. He had golden honey brown eyes.
He waved and gave us a huge smile, "Hi, I am Yatashun, Aren. I want to be a wing spiker and I am really excited to be on your team!"
Not very suspicious. In fact, he was the polite, kind boy that every mother would want to have. Except there was one thing. His eyes were fixed on Kageyama the entire time.
And I hated it.
My miserable attempt of a cliffhanger! If you are seeing this, that means there is another chapter posted because as I am typing this, I already have plans to write the next chapter before I post this. This is my first fanfiction in the Haikyuu universe... How is it? Any suggestions? Well thanks for reading this! See you on the next chapter :D
