Kaira and entire family were extremely happy that now everything was fine and kartik was back to normal. They couldn't thank Naira enough for her care and love towards Kartik which brought him back to normal.
Later, rest of the family members went back to home to celebrate the homecoming of their son , leaving kaira alone.

In Hospital Room
Naira's POV
Finally he is fine now. I was so worried when he fell down the stairs. From morning, I was having an ominous feeling but I ignored. Thank God he's safe now.
(While caressing his hairs) Look how peacefully he is sleeping. God please give him all the happiness and love , he already beared so much in his life.
(She was having tears in her eyes and slowly it rolled down her cheek and made its way to his face without her notice)
With that she planted a soft kiss on his forehead and went out of the room to have a talk with his doctor.
Kartik's POV
I felt some wetness on my face and slowly opened my eyes to see that Naira was crying. Oh God! Why she was crying? Wait, let me close my eyes before she notices.
And again I felt something warm and wet but this time it was not a drop of tear but a kiss. (Happily) Yes!! It was a sweet warm kiss on my forehead. I can't believe she kissed me. Oh c'mon kartik it's just a kiss and that too on forehead, but still it's very special as it's the first time she kissed me ( He was getting a way too excited).
Oh wait!
Maybe not the first me..maybe she have kissed me before too..
But I don't remember anything from the past.. I can't even imagine how much she had to bear because of me, the pain and sufferings that she went through all these months just because of me. I promise I will give her all the happiness and love she deserves. ( He said this with a genuine smile on his face).

FEW HOURS LATER
Both of them reached Goenka Villa and was welcomed by the entire Goenka family. The hall was decorated beautifully, happiness and enthusiasm radiating from every corner of the house.
They all celebrated and enjoyed that most awaited moment.
Later, after having dinner, everyone departed to their rooms.
IN KAIRA'S ROOM
Both of them entered the room with happiness written all over their faces.
Naira - Kartik, aap change karlo. Aap ko doctor ne jyada se jyada rest karne k liye kaha h.
Kartik (happy seeing her concern) - Ha ha kar rha hu, tum ho toh mujhe kya fikar hain, nahi?
Naira blushingly went to washroom to change whereas Kartik chuckled seeing her.
After sometime, Naira came changing into loose night gown and kartik changed in the room itself.
Naira (giving him medicines) - Kartik yeh lijiye dawai aur so jaaiye. Aaj aap bht thak gye hain.
Kartik (holding her hands) - Naira pehli baat toh yeh aap aap mat bulao, tum bula sakti ho. Aur yeh medicines main nhi le rha yaar bht karwi hain!! ( He said whining)
Naira (glaring at him and lil threatening) - Kartik medicines le lijiye jald hi warna main aap ko aap hi bulaungi!
Dekh lijiye!
And then he gave up and had his medicines while making faces which made Naira chuckle.
