Chapter 32: Exposed

Having no Vice Principal until the last week of school felt a bit weird, but it didn't matter to the students.

The principal was stunned, and disgusted...that the person she worked with for almost 10 years was a convicted monster.

She assigned an assembly after 7th period sessions, a few topics to talk about during it, and also the election for Freshman's Class president.

In 5th period, Sunny was fiddling with her pencil while working on her final quiz for English, she's never felt this scared that she has no one else on her side.

Except for Vinny.

Last week was a mess for Sunny.

She saw the post Darren made on Instagram, which made her furious and tried to send in a comment, which is possibly gonna get her suspended off of the media.

Until a few moments later, she's been blocked.

"Oh your gonna get it Darren..."

Sunny said to herself and turns off her phone, went to bed.

The next day, Sunny went to find Darren, which he was hanging with his girlfriend in the hall. 

Darren's POV

"What do you say a movie night at my place?" Luci asked while organizing her locker room.

"Aww of course, but please don't be spoopy."

"It won't be spoopy Darry."

Seeing my girlfriend smile always brightens up my day, Im glad to be with someone like Luci.

Yeah we may look different, but who cares.

"What the hell! Traitor!!"

I heard a familiar voice from behind. I turned my head around to see the heated Sunny.

Okay...I am getting fed up with her bs...

This is crossing the line...

"What do you mean traitor? What I did was the right thing...give it up Sunny...no one is on your side anymore!.."

I stood up for myself, walking towards the little bitch.

This made Sunny look up at me with fear, but also anger.

"Leave them alone, they are innocent...why even pick on them just by their love and affection?" Luci said softly.

This silenced Sunny...

There was silence in the halls, everyone was looking at us...the jocks, the cheerleaders, the nerds, the goths. You name it...

"You have no other purpose why you wanna ban them do you?..."

End of POV

The one time Sunny saw her father with another man was the only reason...and plus...there was another purpose. But she was too scared to say it out loud.

"Look, I blame your father for being a cheater...I don't blame the other man. Im sorry that happened to you...your mother is also crazy...she driven you to be like this..."

"I LIKED SHERWIN OKAY?!"

A big gasp around the hall.

This even surprised Darren and Luci.

Sunny's POV

Yes...I really like Sherwin...

I tried not to cry my eyes out already.

Holding it in was a challenge for me...

"I've had the biggest crush on Sherwin since Elementary school...I was too scared to talk to him due to my
awkwardness...until I found out he prefers boys over girls...I-I was heartbroken...I even left him chocolates and rose pedals for him on Valentines Day in 5th grade...as a secret admirer.."
