Chapter 5

"My lady, we already pack your clothes in your bag"

"Thank you, Liana"

Hmm... I'm sorry father. I don't want to leave you but it's one of the rule so I hope you will not worry about me

Flashback...

"Father... Can I talk to you?? "

"Sure. What is it?? "

"Actually today I met with Archduke Leonard and he told me to stay in his house... "

"What?!?!! But why?? "

"Urmm... You know that we decide to get married and he worry if something bad happen to me when he's not around me" Raenifer lie again to her father

"I know that you guys love each other but why must you stay away from me?? You know that you are the only daughter that I have and I can't stay away from you" Duke Asgustus Denner said with serious voice

"I'm sorry father. But, I can't reject the  duke" Raenifer bowed her head

"Haihh... It's okay, my dear. I give you my permission to stay there but you must come home every week, understand?? "

"Sure father. I will always come home to see you and spend time with you"

Raenifer hug her father tightly and she talk with her father till night..

Raenifer POV

Raenifer ride a carriage to the empire of Archduke Leonard. She feel nervous to meet the workers at that place. She think that the workers will not like her because try to take their master from them... But when she arrive, all of the workers lined up to greet her arrival.

"Welcome, Lady Raenifer Denner" all of them bow to Raenifer and make Raenifer feel awkward

"Welcome my lady. I'm the head butler of the Leonard house, Charlie Olivin"

"The head butler looks already old enough. I think that he must already be the duke servant for a long time"

"Nice to meet you, Mr Olivin"

"Just call me Charlie, my lady. I'm just a butler so you don't have to call me by my first name"

"Ermm... Okk. So what do I do now?? " Raenifer asked the butler because she doesn't even know the direction of the house

"Follow me, my lady. I will show you around the house "

Raenifer follow behind the head butler. The butler introduce one by one the rooms that are in the house. They enter the library. The library was very huge... More than Raenifer library.

"Is this really a library?? Why is it so big?? I thought I enter a new house"

"They are so many racks full with books and also a long table... Maybe for a meeting"

"This library contained many books about politic, monster, medicine"

"There is novel?? "

"I'm sorry my lady but your grace doesn't even read a novel. But, if you want a novel we can buy it for you"

"Ohhh... Is it okay if I request a book??"

"It's fine because you already be the Duchess in our house" the head Butler smile widely

"Erhhh... Fake duchess. I think he doesn't know about the agreement"

"So I want to purchase horror and romantic novels" the head Butler nodded at the request and Raenifer was so happy because at least she can read a book when she feel bored

After that, they went to the other room... This room had many big frame with a picture of the Leonard family. Start with their ancestor till now. There is also a picture of the emperor...

"Well, Archduke Evan Leonard is younger brother of the emperor. Of course the emperor picture are here"

Raenifer look at the picture for a long time. She was amazed by the beauty of Leonard family.

"Shall we go my lady?? " the question makes Raenifer startled

"Oh yes we should go now"

They move on again to the last room and this room is Raenifer bedroom.

"This is your bedroom, my lady. We already cleaned up your room and put your clothes in the closet "

"But I already have a clothes"

"This clothes are personally prepared by the duke. So I think it's a gift for you"

"Ahhh... Okay. Thank you for escorting me around the house"

"Most welcome, my lady. You should rest and if you need anything. This maids will help you"

Then, the head Butler went out the room. Raenifer lay on the bed and sigh..

I can't believe that I'm in the Archduke house. It's so huge and I hope I don't lost ...
